The results are NNPP - 25,072 APC - 16,733 PDP - 2,477 LP - 202

I don't get how accredited voters are more than the registered voters.

Post your own father's pic and let everyone here tell you his age
It very easy to tell. If 70yo man with all the billions and bullion vans cannot walk without assistant but a 75 yo poor man still goies to walk in the farm, then question the age of that 70yo.

No rerun at all.
You are wrong! Both will go for a runoff. The constitution requires that both conditions must be fulfilled.
Politics › Re: Own Goal: LP's Badly Designed Logo Has Disfranchised Them by Bennycollins: 2:26pm On Feb 24, 2023
Hopium:
Information reaching mainstream media is that INEC, unlike in 2019, decided to print party logos "just as parties sent them." INEC didn't print the party acronyms under the logos like in 2019.

For Labour Party, there's no where on their official logo where 'LP' is inscribed. If you examine the logo, you will see they only have their slogan (Forward Ever) printed on it.

This will be tough for people who don't recognize LP logo but intend to vote Peter Obi on the ballot. To make matter worse, LP doesn't have sufficient polling unit agents across the federation to help people in this category.

The party logos below are exactly what INEC has printed on the ballot. Less than 24 hours to election, I wonder how Obi support groups will be able to sensitize their followers about this new development.

When they say you can't come out 9 months to election and say you want to win the presidency, they are right. This are simple, major gaffes solid preparedness and structure would have corrected. In fact, a visionary leader would have seen this problem ahead of time. When Obidients say Obi is the most prepared of all presidential candidate, they're wrong.
You are wasting your time. We know that even an independent candidate can win election if he is the most popular.
Go and verify the incumbent president of Benin has no political party but has won for the second term.

Scanty rally
Crs results

Apc 36%
Pdp 24%
Lp 40%
Interesting that you have given CrossRiver to LP, or you typed that in error?
All I hear you APC jobbers especially say is that Lp don't have a governor or legislator or chairman and how can they win any state.

Politics › Re: Niger Delta Militants Endorse Tinubu by Bennycollins: 11:36am On Feb 21, 2023
garfield1:
Ahead of Saturday, February 25th Presidential election, militants under the aegis of Niger Delta Liberation Movement (NDLM), have endorsed the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and vowed to clear any obstacle on his way to victory.

Rising from a crucial meeting held in Egbema, Delta State, which lasted over six hours, the dreaded militant group, with several vowed to ensure APCs Tinubu wins the contest.

Addressing journalists at the end of the meeting where final a decision was taken, the Spokesperson of the group, Commander Amabiri Andabiri, said; his members were all behind Tinubu.

“We are the most dreaded militant group in Niger Delta and it is the watchdog of Niger Delta. After the amnesty in 2009, when the defunct Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) and other ex-militant groups abandoned the cause of Niger Delta and accepted the fallacious amnesty programme, this group has been on ground safeguarding the length and breadth of Niger Delta region.

“Today, we met and agreed to mobilise everything within our power to see Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerge as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come February 25th election.

“This is because Asiwaju is not like other political gladiators who’ll go into hiding in other countries after failing in elections.

I needed clarifications from. I voted if that is what you want to hear. But do send the link.
What I was trying to say was that phones were barred from the voting cubicle right from the last election, was it not the situation in your own area? The INEC has been clear on this. You can as well search for this information on your own to confirm. Just type "no cellphones allowed in voting cubicle, inec reminds Nigerians".

I'm very sorry. Men of God should stay out of politics. Obi would not win. This is the hlonest truth.
Election is a contest everyone believes he will win ahead of others that is why they join the race.
This particular one Obi is representing the majority of ordinary Nigerians and not himself. If he loses then the people have once again lost to the political merchants.
Those of you celebrating this assumed loss won't be better off, will you? Tell me Buharists are exempted from the hardship we all face right now. Even governor s that told us he was the best are now feeling it.
Bro, there is a reason Obi left the PDP where the VP slot was there for him on the platter of gold.
Wear your thinking cap.

He will never endorse Atiku, neither will he openly or stylishly endorse Obi.

We PDP have seen the extent of Yoruba tribalism, the PDP made Yoruba relevant in national politics, gave them a president, yet, they tried to destroy the party.

No tribe is as tribalistic as Yorubas.
Brother leave politics. We have been doing politics and party for over 20yrs and Nigeria is now on the precipice. We need a leader to midwife Nigeria back to the part of growth.

Oga sir, you are being led by the nose sir. Mr Obi is a well respected Nigerian and I have never called him unsavoury names because I respect and appreciate him for stepping forward for leadership. That is where it ends.

When it comes to digging deep on his public service record, it is completely ungodly to attempt to compare or elevate Mr Obi over his former Boss, HE Atiku let alone bring him near Asiwaju Tinubu. Even HE Fashola and Ambode will trump Mr Obi in terms of public service records.

I just want to beg you to stop rewarding with your support those who were mediocre in public service. 3 years from now, Mr Ifeanyi Okowa too will start gunning for Presidency and when he pays the Economist , a foreign newspaper, to do PR and sponsored post for him, you will tell me that they know more. You must think some of us are naive. smh
Let us assume that Tinubu actually was excellent as governor, so he should be made president even when he is in the mogue.
Why have you not canvass for Kanu and Okocha to return to play for the national team, they were great players, were they not?
