😂😁😁😁
To be honest, bournemouth deserved the win!
However,LFC should have won with the multiple chances they had but tried to play the perfect pass instead of shooting!
Wirtz,Jones and Gravenbach had clear opportunities to shoot instead of pass!

Another set of distractions to keep most Nigerians engaged while the real issues like insecurity and poverty are being ignored!

Do you think it's a coincidence that this banter is happening when there was a manipulation in the tax laws, electoral amendment and increase in insecurity?

Naija youths be focused!

Politics › Re: The National Grid Has Collapsed Again by bentenny(m): 3:16am On Jan 24
In a sane country,a second collapse of the national grid would have prompted the FG to give the minister two choices: resign or get sacked with immediate effect!
However,in this part of the world mediocrity and impunity is a norm!
Interestingly, the same minister wants to be governor of his state!
The worst part is that some ignorant citizens from that state will gather to vote for him based on 'emilokan' tag!
Politics › Re: We’ve Confirmed Alterations In Gazetted Tax Laws – Reps Panel by bentenny(m): 9:25pm On Jan 23
This is enough to suspend the current tax amendment to ensure a proper and wholistic review!
As usual no one from the executive will be punished for this as most of the lawmakers are willing robots!
Everyday the presidency keeps proving they are filled with incompetent and fraudulent individuals whose intent is to take advantage of Nigerians at every slight opportunity they get!

In these moments of grief, you've chosen to make light of people's misfortune.
Just to be politically correct for the sake of handouts you collect.
Your own calamity will turn out loud!
I used to believe that moniker had small sense but the day Tinubu became president, all the sense required to reason properly left him!
Politics › Re: The National Grid Has Collapsed Again by bentenny(m):
No state has any business being connected to the national grid esp south south states!
These oil rich states should have either started building or already built their generating source that should power their own state!
It has been proven that this administration, unfortunately, cannot provide electricity effectively for everyone

Politics › Re: Rivers: Court Adjourns Fubara’s Impeachment Challenge Indefinitely by bentenny(m): 4:43pm On Jan 23
This just proves once again that our judicial system is not only flawed but bias!
If Fubara was still in pdp,he would have either been suspended by an apc led FG or impeached by the HOA members that are obviously loyal to wike!

Politics › Re: Labour Party: Court orders INEC to recognise Usman-led EXCO, sacks Julius Abure by bentenny(m):
Femmymata2:
The Supreme Court judgment contained no explicit declaration that Abure’s tenure had elapsed .The Court simply declined jurisdiction over the internal party matter, without deciding on the expiration of the leadership's tenure". The court advised that if your tenure has expired then you leave, so the judgment never stated that Abure’s tenure was over ( You can fact check me). Also In March 2024, Abure was re-elected as the national chairman at the party’s national convention held in Nnewi, Anambra state. So there is no vacuum in leadership because the convention is valid( no court has nullified it)
As it is being said "You can't build something on nothing" the Nenandi caretaker committee established in September 2024 is s an illegal contraption because it has no ground in the labour Party's constitution. You can fact check me about this
Also Nenandi' s status has a member of labour party is still being contested. But overall until the convention that brought abure, and all the current local government executive in is nullified this matter will continue to linger on. And up till now INEC STILL HAS ABURE AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PARTY ON THERE WEBSITE even after the supreme court and the recent high Court rulling. Abure will not leave until he finish his term
Let's start from the beginning!

What was Abure's plea or prayer to the lower courts after his convention in Anambra state was not accepted or recognised by INEC?

Secondly, why did INEC refuse to recognize Abure as the national chairman of LP?

Thirdly, did the supreme court judgement validate INEC stance on the leadership of Abure?

Please straight to the point....no need for these epistles!

Lastly, who was the supreme court judgement referring to in this highlighted incept below....?

It ruled that party leadership disputes are internal affairs and non-justiciable, struck out the suit for lack of jurisdiction, and set aside lower court recognitions of Abure, while generally urging officers to "humbly leave" upon tenure expiration

But if they are heading to the APC you will gladly welcome them with open arms and tell the entire world how you have been able to capture a big fish in your party....😂😂
Besides,Which of your party members in your fold have not defected before?
There is a senator in your party that defected from PDP to APC and back to PDP and then to APC and then to NNPP and back to APC!😁😁
Even your president has defected before!
So calling out others for defecting is a clear case of outright hypocrisy!
Maybe you are more worried that the defection isn't happening at the apc but to an opposition party which makes you scared and uncomfortable!

Politics › Re: Labour Party: Court orders INEC to recognise Usman-led EXCO, sacks Julius Abure by bentenny(m): 11:31pm On Jan 21
Femmymata2:
I believe abure will appeal this judgement because it contradicts what the supreme court ruled. Remember that the Nigerian Supreme Court ruled that courts lack jurisdiction to interfere in the internal leadership matters of political parties like the Labour Party (LP), so according to the supreme court judgement no lower court has the right to determine the Internal leadership of any political party. The Supreme Court's stance emphasizes party supremacy, meaning only the party's own rules should govern leadership selection. Remember that inec recognition of abure as the chairman of the party was also has a result of a court order which the supreme court said was wrong
So Abure has the right to appeal the federal high Court judgement because no court can sack or replace a party leadership
You are also forgetting that the supreme court also rendered the Abure led faction a nullity by stating clearly that it's tenure had expired!

Also minimum wage alongside corper alawee should be reversed
Oh yes!
Interestingly the minimum wage which was #18000 in 2014 has more purchasing power than the current minimum 70k!
With 19800 corper alawee,it can enable you travel to and fro,buy food stuffs and still get change!

APC bots are hilarious and evasive in their flawed points!
Your party met a commodity at 6k,instead of taking it below you spiked the price to more than 100k due to your failed economic policies!
The same prices came down to 55k and you want Nigerians to applaud you!
If you claimed you were bringing change as a mantra,is the price going to be below or above the price you met it?
This is so hilarious!

LegendHero:
Guy you need to go back to school to understand how things work.

Are you expecting prices to remain static for over 20 years? If you’re judging a government by how much they keep price constant over 30 years, then you’re asking for a stagnant country where wages remain stagnant and growth is non existent.

What you should be after is affordability.
You really need to go back to that same school to learn about the basics on affordability!
Stop prevaricating on your point which you clearly made!
You made an excuse using PDP regime price of rice which apc said was not affordable for Nigerians and offered to bring change!
That change is going below the price PDP was selling rice not above it as you are hilariously claiming!
Affordability should occur when the same party you support pushes the price below what you had criticized not above!

You just made my point easier!
APC said PDP have impoverished Nigeria and they are bringing change!
That implies apc should bring rice and other commodies below where PDP met it for us to know that apc have achieved that change!
Simple!

How much was rice before Buhari and apc took over?
APC advertised 'change' when rice was 6k,a dollar to naira exchange was #187 and PMS was 87 naira per litre....until these prices go below, then apc have failed and nothing has changed!
