There is nothing spectacular about Liverpool of this season compared to Arsenal of last season. Liverpool can only get total of 89 points if they win their remaining 2 matches. That was the same number of points Arsenal got last term in 2nd position. Liverpool was only lucky Arsenal and City had serious injury problems while Liverpool had their important players around all through. Simple.
Stop making flimsy excuses for yet another trophyless campaign for a woeful arsenal team!
This was a season that arsenal was expected to win considering mancity's rare underwhelming season and a change of manager in Liverpool!
The most consistent team won the league!
They had the highest win,the highest goals, etc

Finally, Liverpool came second twice with a point tally above 90....so don't even go there!
Bottom-line... arsenal as usual have bottled yet another season!
You guys should go back to the drawing board and get serious!
Despite huge investment over 5 seasons, only one COVID-19 Fa cup to show for it!
Make una rest abeg!

Real Madrid signed Mbappe for over £120 million and got Trent for free! That's why the fans are mad. They expected him to sign another contract so the club can make money off his sale but which team is going to put money on a defender that gets dribbled past anyhow? undecided
If the club really wanted Trent, they could have signed him the moment klopp made him vice captain!
Allowing his contract to run till the last season was a terrible risk unless they did't value him!
You could use that of VVD and Salah as an example but these two are almost at the tale end of their career and won't mind waiting!

Omor it would seem Obi really angered and triggered many apc minions like Afegbua!
Or how does one begin to explain this fruitless epistle of explanation just for one man?
Obi is indeed the president apc minions wished Tinubu was😆😆

How does his clothings have any impact on the standard of living in Nigeria or is this another unnecessary distraction from several burning issues like insecurity, inconsistent electricity, inaccessible roads etc!

The only way this will stop is by setting up an 'independent' state and local government policing structure!

I repeat,it must be 'independent' or the killings will even quadruple!

Not surprised!
If the national chairman of apc who was once caught on camera stuffing his large pockets with foreign currencies can openly claim there is nothing wrong with a one party state, then you will begin to understand that they don't want to be scrutinized esp considering that they have successfully captured the national assembly and the judiciary!

APC is not my party neither am I supporting LP or PDP. I didn't say Tinubu will win Obi because of Soludo's endorsement, Tinubu will win mainly because of Nigerians nonchalant attitude, their refusal to fight for electoral reforms that will provide a level playing ground for a fair election in 2027. When I said "Tinubu's visit was simply a victory celebration... what I meant is that Tinubu has successfully captured the political structures of Anambra state, efforts are now in full swing to ensure he gets block votes in 2027....
Guy stop hiding behind those stale narratives!
Even your regurgitations are obvious that you are either an apc supporter or Tinubu paymaster or even both!
And to me,I don't care!
However, what you guys at the trenches keep forgetting is that elections are no longer won based on defections or by pronouncements from state governors!

Let me build a context...before the 2023 election,
Didn't apc nasarawa state governor promise to gather bloc votes and overwhelmingly vote for Tinubu? What was the result?
Didn't Umahi of ebonyi state promise to deliver his state with block votes for Tinubu in 2023 election?
Despite the ebonyi results being suppressed,Obi won by 90%!
Even Umahi complained that his own household voted for Obi!

Elections have gone beyond gale of defections and promises from state governors!

And in your head you think states like Ebonyi and several states in the north can generate funds to finance themselves in the next 20 yrs.
That your approach is not practicable.
😆😆
Firstly,in your untrained head, you assume I come from the SE region!
Secondly, whether there are states that can or cannot generate the required funds should be should be the least of your problems!
The solution to Nigeria problem in my opinion is the full implementation of federalism!
If Federalism was practiced to it's entirety,by now States should would be ran independently rather than depending on the center!
Every state will develop at their own pace instead of the 'feeding bottle' federalism that is being practiced in Nigeria!
As for the approach not being practical, that's your opinion which you are entitled to!

You are quite honestly a prevaricating fellow!
Firstly, you assumed my region which I never told you....then claimed it was 'unproductive' but when exposed, you recanted!
Now you are still making the same error by referring to regions as less productive!

A proper system where lives and properties matter, the FRSC would have investigated and dragged these truck's companies to court for obvious reckless driving!
These companies will proceed to pay hefty compensation for the crime of their driver's unprofessionalism had cost!
This will make companies to pay more attention to the kind of drivers they employ!
If this incident is swept under the carpet,an unavoidable accident might unfortunately claim a life or more next time!
As much as safety agencies try to educate motorists about adhering to safety rules and regulations, enforcement with hefty punishment should be applied to ensure that there is no impunity!

.. concerning what the lower courts declared on the labour party national chairmanship position...but you said in the other comment you responded to me...that the supreme court does not want to align with what the lower courts has done or declared ..
Guy don't tell me you don't understand simple English!
There are two lower courts before you get to the supreme court!
If you present your case to the federal court and you lose, you can appeal the matter by taking it to the appeal court,if the appeal court is not in your favour, you take it to the supreme court...if supreme court is in your favour,it sets aside any judgement from both federal and appeal courts because they are the final arbiters as their judgement is final!

Let me use one of your new master Wike to explain....
Wike had won the 2015 Guber election and was taken to the tribunal by APC and lost,he when to the appeal court and still lost but when the matter got to the supreme court,he then won!

Hope this helps?

. what is wrong with supreme court aligning with the lower courts....are the supreme court and lower courts different institutions.,are they not the same judiciary and judiciary sector..with the chief justice of Nigeria as their head
Supreme court is the highest authority in the judiciary that can either align with or invalidate the judgement of the other courts!
Politics › Re: No Decision On Labour Party, PDP Disagreements - INEC by bentenny(m): 12:29pm On May 09, 2025

..but the tribunal court, appeal court which are lower courts declared Tinubu the winner of the 2023 presidential election..and when the matter was taken to supreme court the supreme court also declare Tinubu the winner of the presidential election...so did the supreme court also not align with what the lower courts declared .. declaring Tinubu the winner of the presidential election
While the supreme court 'validated' and authenticated the judgement of the lower courts as it pertains to Tinubu presidency, the supreme court 'invalidated' and set aside the judgement of the lower courts in the issue of legality of Julius Abure convention!

Do you understand or do I need to translate it in your local dialect?

Lol.. you are advocating for regional autonomy, I just want to remind you of the unproductiveness of your region. Don't forget you are competing with north east.

I want Reginal autonomy too.
Firstly,its regional not 'reginal' autonomy!

Secondly, true federalism is different from regional autonomy!
Federalism has to do with 'state' autonomy which I am advocating!
Know the difference!

Lastly,no state or region in Nigeria is unproductive as you are ignorantly positing!

Try to read more for better exposure....not everything should be centered around religion and ethnicity!

He is looking for chaos , he said as much at the Edwin Clark memorial service. "Why is no one protesting?" he lamented.

Peace is delicate and for a country that has gone through civil war Obi's statements are careless and he may be arrested if he continues. You lot will shout but he will have to stay behind bars.
Where is he inciting violence?

I’ve fixed your comment appropriately. Labour Party is not an Ibo party and there are other stakeholders other than Peter Obi and Alex Otti. Usman is not a member of the party so we can’t even mention her at this point.

Finally, we’ve come to the same conclusion that the Nenadi Usman committee is illegal and can’t stand after the SC judgement. Like I once told you before, all party stakeholders without exclusion must come together to resolve the leadership issue. Anything other than this, recognizing Abure will be the only sensible alternative.
