There is nothing wrong with Federalism which we seem to be practicing!
However,the application of the federalism structure is not fully implemented!

Federalism in a nutshell entails states being structured as a nation inside another nation just the same way California or Michigan is structured inside USA!
California just like other states in US have their own police,they control their resources,have their own ports,provide their own electricity and generate the IGR which they give a certain percentage to the centre!

However,what is practiced in Nigeria is totally different!
Policing is central
Electricity before now was central
Resource control is central
Ports are centralized

If we must achieve a true federalism structure,we must do so in it's entirety and not patch patch!

Electoral reforms is a gateway improving on our electoral system where electorates choose leaders that will properly pilot the affairs of the nation!

After every reform has been tested in an election period,It gives everyone an opportunity to reviews the functionality of those laws and make alterations where needed!

For instance,before the election,I never knew that there was an electoral law that gave the president the powers to select and appoint INEC officials including the chairman!
You cannot give such powers to political office holders as that will hinder the independence of the electoral umpire which will affect the integrity of the elections like we saw in 2023!


If we have an effective electoral system through which our leaders are voted,this will ensure that leaders do what is right for the citizens and not to their sponsors!

We must keep seeking electoral reforms until we have a near perfect system that we can appreciate!

What you provided is an evidence that he attended the school.

The evidence that he graduated will be a Waec certificate showing he sat for his exams there, and a testimonial from the school, which Tinubu at no time has ever provided.

Since he did not provide a seconday certificate which in Nigeria is a testimonial or Waec certificate, you can not claim that he forged his secondary school certificate.

The college was satisfied by his academic qualifications up to the time they admitted him, and he went on to university and passed out in flying colours.

Which in my initial post I pointed out that it is irrelevant on many fronts.

The whole object of going to a secondary school is to pass enough to enter a college or a university, and even if you don't attend one as long as you meet the requirement to go to a college, you are welcomed.

It is also quite possible that he attended a school that eventually became the govt college.

The most important point to point out is that the college was satisfied that he meet the requirements for Admission back then, and he proved by turning out to be a good student.

So it is irrelevant Wether he attended govt college, or Ojukwu high school

Yes he claimed in a form he filled that he attended the school, but he never obtained any certificate from the school and never presented any.

It could be an honest mistake, he could have attended an affiliate of the school even for one week.

It is all irrelevant, because we are discussing high school here, he could as well have stayed at home and be home schooled, as long as he have the requisite requirements to proceed to the local college he attended and moved on to the university.
