Before PBAT there have been Presidents, how many of these presidents provided the basics of life to the citizens of the SE or is it the basics of life that was provided for by Nnamdi Kanu and after he was arrested same basics of life was ushered in through Simon Ekpa and now that he is in Finnish prison, it seems the leadership has been taken by another while the citizens await the order and command of the new leader and spokesperson.

Now, while the citizens of the SE are looking up to the FG for provisions of the basics of life, can you name the names of the governors of the SE that have done such given the allocation collected from FAAC and IGR since 1999 till date.
