There are two things required to make the federal and state policing structure effective.
The first is uninterrupted access to financial resources and total independence.

If for any reason,the appointment of the state commissioner of police or other recruitments are done under the control of political office holders,nothing will happen and arnachy will be inevitable.

True independence is when our institutions esp enforcement is free from the control of political office holders.

Lastly,when will the public finally have access to the state policing bill before it's passed?

I disagree!
Men can still get the same sex and chef from a woman who is not his wife.
Nothing special about offering sex and cooking for him.
He can always get it outside with little or no complaints or money.
There will always be another woman that can do both far better than the first or second woman.

In other words,while one is porting to a party to seek favour from a movement,one is coming to a party with his own movement.

no mind am, shows like big brother will suffer tremendously with a hiatus. People should stop expecting a show that is in it's 11th season to have the same hype and excitement as when it initially launched. Shows like this get the initial bump and support at the onset and subsequently build a core fanbase to carry it as long as it can go.

By the way, how many housemates do you reckon will be in this season?

Probably min 25 or 30 max
Numbers for me don't really matter
I just don't want borites or imitators!
