jesmond3945: Same thing here in UK If that's how the system work there, is definitely not the same with UK. Few things, maybe like the school children attitude. But with GP issues, depends where you live. You can get same day doctor appointment and referral take about weeks. Most UK city's are multicultural. So they are not the same. |

LordsApostle: Africans are hopeless!!! Big idiots, that's why we are these backward... In all those post, no reference to the doctor for the good job he did; everybody referencing God, nobody sees or knows.. Had it been a terrible job came out of this, no one will remember the God again, it is the doctors head that will be on the hangman's noose.. Africans are just incomprehensible fools that have refused to advance and allow their stupidity keep pulling them backwards..
. That's why we are in this kind of society.. When the people around you think you can pray your way into prosperity and forget the most elementary and rudimentary aspect of hard work and work of your hands that gets the job done.
*Hard work gets the job done, not prayers*
That's why the most successful nations on earth are hard working actions, where everyone tries to invent or create things, not prayerful nations, with churches at every corners..
*my people, wake up from your slumber and use your head* use your upper.
- The Apostle. You just said my mind. I keep reading people reply, No reference to the doctor. Very disappointed. Well done to the doctor. |

tetralogyfallot: My neighbour called me today and told me shes suspecting her husband trying to sexually molest their six year old daughter.
She said early this morning their daughter woke up and was complaining of pains around her private area and lo n behold when she checked it she discovered that the hymen is almost broken and there's blood stain.
She asked the innocent girl and the girl said the place is always scratching her at night. She told her husband and the fool said may be its a medical problem.
She's seriously worried and disturbed, she called me this afternoon and it's really a pity when I saw the girls condition. I was dumbfounded and don't even know how to solve this issue please guys what advice should I give this lady?
Note: they are family of four, she, the husband, their daughter, and a son. Is very wrong to call the guy a fool. All men are not the same. I have 2 daughter's below 3 years and me and my wife work. I work full time while she work on my off. I take my first daughter to nursery when I am off. I do everything a women will do, like cleaning their poo, changing pampers, brushing, feeding. I am not shy because they are my daughters. I work in one of the busiest airport in the uk. When I talk about family with my workmates, some get shocked because I clean my daughter's poo or shower them. One told me he never does any of it because he is not comfortable with bathing his daughter. So, I understood everyone is different. I grow up with 1 senior sister and 4 younger sister's. I remember when I was still in Nigeria working in lagos, I used to go home every month ending. I do all their shopping like lady pad and all the necessary thing I know lady's need. Until I left for UK. So my reason of explanation is because you the op should know that people are different. Check her medically before you destroy a happy family with your own understanding and conclusion. Some men are very shy when it come to things like this while some act to find out more. So op, think before you conclude. |

Yes, you can apply without council tax because some people live in a shared house and their rent include all other bill. When I applied for my wife spouse visa, I only use, tenancy agreement, letter from the landlord and house inspection certificate or letter. I only used council tax receipts now because I applied for her spouse visa extension. justwise: Has anybody successfully applied for spouse visa without council tax receipt included but added every other utility bills?
A friend asked me this question yesterday but I'm not sure if its possible |

Yes, they can verify but they will not verify because they have already started what they want you to do as to make it valid. He can still take it to ( old company) any of their office to explain to them. It must be stamp and date. No two ways about it. You must not give them any reason to refuse you. Is better to do everything properly to get good result. Kakushia2: He doesn’t work for either company anymore is the problem.
One is the British Army so surely they can verify that easily with his army number? The second He will try to get verification as they are a civilian company |

He will need to take ( all payslips) them to his employer (HR) for them to SIGN and STAMP it. It will be bonus for them to issue additional letter which explain they now issue online payslips to all employees of the company. Anything printed online from the company website must be stamp and sign to be valid or accepted by the home office. Kakushia2: Hi all,
Quick question.
My husbands payslips for 12 months prior salaried earnings, the payslips were never issued on paper rather just online through employee login portal.
He has printed out all necessary payslips, however I know photocopies are a big no no.
Anyone know the deal with a situation like this? |

You will gain a lot from there. Hope this help. Good luck https://www.nairaland.com/823869/uk-spouse-visa-appeal-process-part2Kakushia2: Hi All,
I'm about to apply for a spouse visa in the UK in the coming weeks. I have been with my husband since last October, we met while I was studying my masters in London. In February my visa expired and I returned to Nigeria. Shortly after getting back we decided to marry, which we did on March 31st and I am now pregnant.
So we're just preparing to apply for my spouse visa.
Financially, my husband has just started a new job. He is on a government contract earning £275 per day so earns more than enough for the requirements and he has payslips from the last 7 years if need be, every year having earned over the required £18,600.
In terms of accommodation, he is renting a room in a house share currently. However, we plan to cohabit in his parents house which easily has enough room to accommodate us. Does anyone have any experience with this?
I'm just looking for a bit of advice regarding our visa situation.
Also, would anyone recommend disclosing my state of pregnancy or choosing to keep quiet about this?
Thank You |

I am a bit confused on the employer letter as my HR is getting me upset. On your employer letter, does it state the amount you earn which is before and after tax including overtime or just the basic salary without overtime. Because when I applied for my wife spouse visa 2015, I used the amount on p60 which included overtime. Can someone help me out please. |

My friend wife did apply for her spouse visa extension with her old ( the one she used on her first application) PTE English certificate and was successful. I am apply for my wife spouse visa extension on 29th. I only paid for the NHS surcharge and no premium appointment in Birmingham for the next 45 days. My wife visa expire on 23/04/2018. Croydon only have appointment from 24th. I live in London and the closer place with appointment is Sheffield. I will have to drive about 3 hours plus. So will get a hotel with my wife and 2 kids, I will go there a day before the appointment so that we can rest ( but not book yet, still debating) I can't bear this long waiting postal application. I will use my wife old PTE English exam she wrote in Nigeria before she apply for the first spouse visa. It crazy but we will get there.

I need to confirm this as my friend is going with his wife next week for spouse visa extension and will use her old pte she used to applied the first spouse visa application in Nigeria. |

The driving code for East European countries are different from UK. They are allowed to driving in the UK for 1 year and they can change their driving licence to full UK driving licence without training or restrictions. Only non EU will have to drive 1 year and after will apply for theory and practical test to get their full UK driving licence. sanandreas: Can I use Nigeria driver's license in UK? Logical reasoning.
