My brother depends on condition of appointments or service. In some organization as junior staff you need to notify your employers two week or four week notice depends on contract terms and for Senior staff three months or less (also depends on contract terms ) notice before quitting.So base on this which do you belong. This is subject to employment agreement.

This is one mistake I made,actually I've known this man for a long time and he called me to work for him, so I accepted since I wasn't doing anything at home that time, so while I was there I started looking for other places,now that I've found one, I told him I'll be leaving two weeks from now, he said I can't that i should av done that at least one month, which he didn't tell me when I wanted to start the job and this is the first time I'll be working as an employee.
