The only thing I deduced from this thread is Prof. Soyinka's deep seated hatred for Mrs Patience Jonathan (Mama Peace).

If what Mrs Jonathan did is repeated today by Mrs Aisha Buhari, nobody will take it personal nor run it in the media like the North-Southwest print and online media coalition and "allied forces".

When Mrs Aisha was alleged to have called Edo ladies "Pros.titute", Prof raised no voice then nor will he today because Mrs Aisha Buhari will never be his target.

Even with Mrs Remi Tinubu's overbearing attention in the Senate, she is still protected by the media.

Here will be my recommendation on this water logs on the street:

- Deeper drainage systems should be constructed through out the streets and linked together.
- The streets should be tarred. One thing Sullivan did well in Enugu was taking care of the street. Onitsha have many tall beautiful buildings, but the roads in the streets are something else. Even the Landlords Association (which is very powerful) can afford to fix their ends.
- Places in low topography should have a form of pumping system or a collector from the drainage system.

All the same I commend the Governor on his effort on Security.
