Good morning guys,

Is it possible to move from one school to another while in Germany. Though the school is in different cities?

Please REPLY ASAP

Yes.

You can switch school until third semester.

After third semester it becomes complicated.

Anytime you change school, your resident permit need to be changed.

After third semester if u plan to change school, please consult your prospective city auslandebehorde first before your leave your current university.

Really. Are you for real. the europe you mention is a developed country and you wont be harrase like this but in a polite way.
do you know that while we are standing on the road a police came to us asking us in a rude way what are you doing .you cant stand there... he said we have 5mins , just becos we stand beside the road talking. later he came and said he was only joking that can we give him something. will that ever happen to you in europe or even some african countries. no

Comparing Nigeria with Europe is totally out of range.

My last visit to Nigeria with a German babe was a nightmare.

From airport beggars to sars beggars to hotel staff begging for tips.

After helping few people around I decided to set the bemchmark.

I know of the Netherlands where its not even allowed for a student to freelance.

In Germany, since you are the spouse, you can work full time or freelance, but you may be taxed upto 30%.

They dont spend dollars in switzerland and its a freaking expensive country.

The job you are refering to is only available to studemt mostly in summer.

Many German student expecially those in border town move there and cash on these jobs...averagely equivalent €2900 monthly. But its not office job ooo...hussling job like production.

There are two ways to buy a house in most developed countries, obviously he won't spill the bean.

Buying house in developed world is not a big deal.

Even a cleaner here can buy house or car.

You just need a work contract, 10% deposit, 3 months payslips and good credit record.

Owning car, house or good gadget is not a big deal here in as much as you have a job that can foot the bill.

Thats all....I know more than 3 people who have house in good part of germany and they are here 5 years ago on a student visa.

Its all about planing and hard work.

Stop thinking every successful person is into fraud or yahoo.

Thats myopic and fallacy of generalization.

House, car, Iphones etc can be purchased even without having kobo.

Go to otto.de

You can buy anything, collect it and use and start paying even after three month.

Grow up abeg.

What about the Dublin law. ( first country arrirvd in EU, you mustn’t claim assylum) How can one override that or what can one say to override it.

Implementing law is a different ball game.
If not majority of Africans here would have been deported.

Laws also have legal loopholes which many asylum seekers utilise.
The bottom line is they also grant stay based on compassionate ground.

So you're basically telling us it's possible for a Nigerian to go to any European country say Germany on a one month tourist visa, find a German girl and marry her, and stay on in Germany. Is that what you're saying?

If you have a partner and both of you decide to marry, as far as u are here on a valid schengen visa you can marry.

Go to denmark and see number of non eu citizen marriage conducted daily.

Family / Re: Fake Marriages Taking Place In Nigeria, Says Immigration Boss by Berliner1: 9:17pm On Mar 14, 2018
Masama:
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has said that a lot of “fake marriages’’ are taking place between Nigerians and foreigners in the country.

Mr Muhammad Babandede, Comptroller General of the agency stated this on Wednesday in Abuja, saying that male foreigners were mostly involved in the act.

He spoke at an operational review meeting with Zonal Coordinators and State Comptrollers of the agency at its national headquarters.

Babandede said their aim was to cheat the conditions for the issuance of residence and work permits to foreigners by the agency.

“We have observed that foreigners, especially men, are trying to beat the system of issuance of residence permits.

“A lot of fake or `arrangee’ marriages are going on, and that would give them permission to stay in this country without much liabilities.

“The advantage is that when you are the spouse of a Nigerian, you have no limitation on the job you will do; you don’t have to pay residence permit fees; it is easier for you to stay.

“So, we are beginning to face difficulties because many people are becoming married on temporary ground,’’ Babandede said.

The NIS boss said the agency had arrested some culprits, and would tighten the conditions for the issuance of permits to check the abuse.

He said that as part of the measures to check the abuse, the agency would henceforth monitor marriages between Nigerians and foreigners in the country.

“We will not allow any person to come for holiday marriage, because we have also observed that people just come on holidays, arrange marriages in Nigeria and go back.

“We will not allow that anymore; you have to stay for a period of six months after marriage before you get our residence permit.

“You have to also enter with permission to stay in Nigeria, so you must come with the residency visa; you can’t come as a tourist and get married,’’ he said.

Babandede further said that the agency was also planning to restrict foreign spouses to jobs for which Nigerians lacked the requisite skills and qualifications.

He stated that the Federal Government, through the Ministry of Interior and the NIS, was looking into the issue, which he described as a national security threat.

Nobody should say donations for charity purposes and to the needy, anybody can do that in their own time, see the way he's quoting bible verses and interpreting it differently to suit his own purpose,

A church is a gathering of belivers, there is nothing like online church cos nobody is gathering anywhere, God cannot be mocked

Use bible verse to counter him please.

Have been to Lisbon(Portugal) and based in Germany.

Best way is to enter portugal first, after few days u can enter Germany via train...less security (Polizie,ZOLL)

But by EU law, with a schengen visa you can travel anywhere within the schengen zone.

But remember, you cant work anywhere with a visit visa.

If you enter germany your best option ia to claim asylum(Aduro).

Presently thats tough except ladies.

Best city for such ia berlin and baden wurttembrug...avoid munich.

With Asylum you can work, study and find your way around.

Its a 50/50 thing.

But avoid anything illegals(Drugs/Human trafficking )

Avoid benin girls.

Learn German....

Avoid austria( wealthy but small country)

Leave the rest for God.

But if you have something tangible doing in Nigeria, dont leave it for stagnant life here.

Thanks. I kinda thought so though. If I don't make it this summer, i'll honorably withdraw but i'll wait and see what happens in about 2 weeks from now. I don't think i'll wanna go there anymore afterwards. I may then have the resources but would look to go someplace else.
Still optimistic though...

Waiting for two weeks is risky.

Withdrawal has no effect...refusal does.

No.

Ausbildung is just like formal handwork....you dont need to sit down in university 247 learning how to paint or to program....most of it involve learning by seeing, practical stuff.

Also kindly note its 85% in German and you will be paid monthly average 500 euro for 3years.

You cant apply for ausbildung visa from Nigeria.

Ausbildung is not run by universities...its run by companies.
