All of them are important and are interlocked. One affects the other.

1. Jegede vs Poroye (Jimoh Ibrahim) challenging his substitution by INEC based on Abang October Ruling.

2. Markafi and Ben Obi vs Poroye and Others ( Challenging Abang judgement of June 29) which ruled that Poroye should be recognized as the Pdp state chairman.

3. PDP vs Poroye (challenging Poroye for using the same Counsel to represent PDP case he take to court before abang. Poroye appoint counsel for appellant, the same Poroye appoint Counsel as defendant in the case he takes before Justice Abang).

you can tell the outcome yourself,

the judges had on last week thursday ordered jimoh ibrahim, porooye and sheriffs lawyers to file their briefs within 3 days which ended tuesday this week, but they failed to do that but rather begging for timeto kill jegede's chances deliberately feigning ignorance of what is at stake on november 26th, and the Appeal judges closed the case today thursday after two extra days benefit to sheriff,porooye/jimoh ibrahim's lawyers, because there was an 'expeditious time abridgement order by the CJN to conclude the case, while jegede's lawyer and Wole olanipekun had filed their briefs and had defended it unopposed

so jegede's Appeal and all Makarfi's PDP Vs Sheriffs was unopposed by jimoh ibrahim and Sheriffs!! grin

There are 3 issues before the court of appeal including the jegede's Appeal of Okon Abang wrongful substitution with jimoh ibrahim and that appeal was heard unopposed and closed for judgement.

case 2 and 3 (2. PDP vs Biyi Poroye and others 3. Ahmed markafi and Ben Obi vs Biyi Poroye and others) concluding part which started yesterday will be resumed by 12:00 noon today for conclusion and possible judgement.

Notice of appeal in a supperior court does not Automatically stop proceedings in the lower court.Conditions must be met and the lower court must be satisfied having look into the strenght of the argument to stop proceeding with justice been done in the case per-se.

We have just 9days to go and jimoh ibrahim's lawyer is appealing to the supreme court that the appeal court panel should 'disband itself' without reasons. Things dont work that way sir!

Jimoh ibrahim had earlier accused the first Appeal court panel of Bribery, and the appeal panel disqualify itself for probe, but jimoh ibrahim abandon to pursue the accusation but rather trying to stop the second appeal panel. trying to kill time.

Jimoh ibrahim never went through the authentic primaries in ondo. yet he was to replace jegede who won primaries and had been campaigning

yess oo justice, their plan failed when they accused the first panel of bribery and could not further prove the bribery case and the first panel disqualify themselves for probe, Now They ran to the supreme court to stop proceedings but it was knocked out, they ran out of ideas even if they accuse you of bribery, it will be laughable grin

The premise of your argument is seriously flawed. The case in question is not a criminal case.

Before you shout out Today crying injustice, lets see some valid grounds That Todays possible court of appeal could rightly reject the stay of proceeding from a supreme court.

''In order for a lower court to stay proceedings before it on the grounds that a party is challenging its decision at a superior court, such party (Appellant) must file an application for stay of proceedings before such lower court''

The lower court would consider the application and only stay proceedings if the court finds the application meritorious. There are settled conditions that must be fulfilled for the lower court to grant such application
The lower court in this case (the appeal court) Has the right in its discretion to rule on Merits, either to grant or deny stay of proceedings if conditions below are put into consideration. the (pdf file attached)

b. The nature of the subject matter in dispute, whether maintaining status-quo until final determination of the appeal will meet the justice of the case

c. wheather if the appeal succeeds, the applicant will not be able to reap the benefit of the judgement on appeal

h. The Onus is on a party applying for a stay pending appeal to satisfy the court that in the perculiar circumstancies, a refusal of a stay would be unjust and unequitable.
