It's on record already. It's just 2 years ago. Your details have been safely kept with all the schengen countries. Nevertheless, every application is treated as a fresh application, if you meet the requirements to be granted a Visa ofcourse you would be issued one. With all that Documentation they denied you. Well you can check your Rejection letter at the end theres the step to follow to write a Remonstration letter. Guess the marriage and landed property isnt much of a tie now. Any travel history? I guess theres maybe something lacking on the Berlin Company's end. Their appeal process is pretty straightforward when compared to France. Hardluck. Brace Up , a rejection isnt the end. Between I guess you applied for a Business visa. Do well to list out the Documentation used so you can get candid help.
