Hello Askari01, I'd advise you send in an appeal to France not that it changes the decision rather it states your displeasure. You have been to poland, didnt abuse the visa and came back in time so stress this in your appeal. Request for a fair and proper application vetting. I guess they are seeing more Conference applications with intense rush to their Embassy since others arent issuing at the moment. Check whats up with the Polish Embassy and go through them since you have a bond with them already whilst your french appeal gets to them. askari01: |

Please look for a way around it. Call the hotel directly or email them on what you can do. Dont assume it wont be verified. Either book another and refill another form. meljoe: 1 Share

If you are going for tourism, go some where else in the west . When you come back you may put in another application. At the moment, France is probably overwhelmed with visa applications since everyone is flocking their way. BummyMatth: |

Apply for a tourist visa, transit visas are short lived visas ranging from 24 hours to some days. Its a reservation, doesn't need to be paid for. They only need to see it as part of your plans. lawali: |

You can move around with the train services , once you fly out you cant fly back in. Once your visa expires the duration given, you cant renew it in either countries. davidsmithdwhit: 1 Like |

Not a Visa Officer However, they Verify document and its easy. For First timers, if your application holds weight then time would be dedicated to first time verifications. If a loophole is seen during the visa officers vetting then the application goes out faster than it came in so there would be no need for further verifications. For a Frequent traveller, your previous applications has been verified which makes your subsequent applications an easy one. Except when you have been flagged by one of the schengen Countries. Hence , first time application would require extra work which most cant afford due to maybe staff shortage etc.... There is the CAC public search.(However they arent as stern with the Active or Inactive as their British counterparts) The bank statement easily done with the ...... section of the bank. Etc...... pufframmy: |

You can apply for a TRV whilst you wait for the Spousal sponsorship. Please lets always not be in a hurry to put in an application. After the wedding, atleast let some time go by before you start with the application ... start with the Spousal sponsorship then TRV ... gbems90: |

Hello Meljoe, i believe when you booked your appointment you used the submitted Application : FRAxxxxxxxxxxxxx And i suppose this Application with No FRA xxxxxxxxxxxx is already tied to your Appointment booking fee. So if you fill another form wouldnt that result to having 2 applications ( 1 paid for and 1 unpaid for) I'd suggest you book same hotel ASAP and send the hotel an email to directly confirm your stay with them. quote author=meljoe post=110923031]
|

The Schengen Information System (SIS) is a highly secure and protected database that is exclusively accessible to the authorised users within competent authorities, such as national border control, police, customs, judicial, visa and vehicle registration authorities. These authorities may only access SIS data that they need for the performance of their tasks. All information provided on every visa application is easily accessible by all the Schengen countries. More reason why you must keep all your Visa applications clean . Think through every Application, weigh your options before applying. Jumping from one Purpose and Embassy within a short period of time is Visa shopping. They know and see it, hence its easy to throw the application out. pufframmy: |

Marybeth, in the initial letter they sent you did they state they will sponsor the entire trip. 1. A letter of Invitation from the company sent directly to the Embassy and a copy to you. 2. A letter of Introduction - introducing you as a remote staff of the company.Duration of this remote work- is this temporary or Permanent. Now if its going to eventually be a Permanent job, they will get to France the right way. 3. A letter of Full Sponsorship and guarantee. Remember to fill the Application form correctly. Companies sponsor their staff all the time. Please changing your initial statement of going for an offsite meeting to a training would only draw more attention. If you are gunning for a Work visa in the future , please keep your applications clean and less complicated. Marybeth262728: |

Dont let it bother you... You can pick Single or Multiple entry. Usually they look at your itinerary to decide. Totally at their discretion. quote author=meljoe post=110866996] Hello good evening , please I’m confused because I’m getting different responses, when filing the form , do I put 1 entry or multiple entry ?
|
