My luv,I wish d AF sef can hold on til wen I wean seriously cos d pain nobi here,I can't imagine going tru AF pain n taking care of DS with his "2much energy".

@ Beyedew, I use Sudocrem.
First I rub olive oil all over her bum then Sudocrem on the affected part only. The rashes disappears in a day.
Use olive oil to rub her bum all day, every day and say byebye to diaper rash ( unless you leave the poo in)

It's not good enough for the nurse to just weigh without checking the weight against a baby's weight chart and also comparing his previous recorded weight before arriving at a "diagnosis" of possible obesity. It's just wrong. Was his length and head circumference also checked?

To further allay your fears, I have checked a baby's weight chart using your baby's age and weight. He is within the 75th percentile which is very okay

My son was weighed today and my health visitor is pleased with his results. As he's more active now, his weight is within the 75th percentile (last weight check at 10weeks he was at the 91st percentile) and this matches with his head circumference while his length is in the 91st percentile.

So your baby's weight is very okay

What chart did the nurse use in arriving that your baby is on his way to being obese?

My boy was 4.1kg at birth and 5kg+ when he was weighed at 6weeks. Using my health visitor's weight chart, he was within the 95% percentile range for his age.

If your baby is 7.2kg at 14weeks, if anything he should be within his weight percentile (or under) but nowhere close to obesity.

Besides who rants about obesity for a 2months + baby that's being exclusively breast fed? bDoes she want you to starve him or leave him to cry when he's hungry or put him on a diet plan ? Some nurses sef
