Your BS can be a source of laughter, lesson, joy, inspiration or what some preggy mama needs to just pull through. Don't be stingy with it, God loves a cheerful giver . Let's us know how you jumped from one place to another when contractions kick in. I promise you no one will laugh at your displays . Please submit your BS, O Ye Feb mamas and not just BA.

It was a battle of life and death but the Lord won.
My second son made his grand entrance on 18th Feb weighing 4.7kg through emergency CS when I couldn't push him out during my vbac journey.

I did all the diet and exercise and scans failed me that I was carrying small baby but God did not fail me.

You want the breastmilk to start flowing before you give birth? Why sis if I may ask? Well, keep on massaging your breast, not just the nipple, your entire breast, it will help it to come out faster when baby comes and you put it to the breast. That first milk is very important for your child as its a strong antibiotics. Hope this helps. Let other sabi mama's put mouth.

You know back in the days on this thread (some years ago) I learnt the cappos use to port to the next month after all their teammates don born finish which can be depressing and people start to dey run from cappo duty to avoid that jinx

But since Buhari came in for second term and brought "NEXT LEVEL" agenda, cappos on this thread have taken it upon themselves to be the forerunner and port before their own month so they can happily monitor their teamies and cheer them up . Leave February cappo alone we all know February is always 28 or 29days so.....

I’m almost 37 weeks gone. I was talking to my doctor yesterday, I told him that I want my baby to chill small. She should come at 40 weeks. Mama is still prepping, haven’t even packed hospital bags yet (laziness). I’m so looking forward to meeting her, but then, my darling, please hold on a little.

I also noticed that it has been increasingly difficult to walk these days. If I sit down for too long and stand up, I feel this heaviness around my pelvic area. Same with when I lie down, I can’t turn easily like I used to. Getting up from bed as well is no longer as easy as it was. When I asked my doctors, they said it’s normal at my stage. But I haven’t heard anyone complain about it. Please is there anyone going through this?

I don't even know where to start and am not good with story telling.......
I had an emergency CS in 2012 and a Vbac in 2014 so I was hoping for another virginal delivery. At 38 weeks I heard a discussion with my doctor on not wanting to pass 40 weeks. At 39weeks 4days I had a scan to check the weight of the baby and the general well being of my baby. I know I asked about the cord and the position of the baby and I was told everything was OK.

On the 30th of January, I started having mild contractions but due to my previous scar I had to go to the hospital. I was admitted but discharged because I was still 2cm as at night, the doctor wanted to schedule me for an elective CS on Tuesday if I don't go into full labour by then.

On the 1st I saw mucus plug and contraction was still on and off. Sunday/Monday, I couldn't sleep because of the contractions. I was 3cm when I got to the hospital and by 11am I was 4cm, the contractions were not strong enough and not lasting long enough. Around 2pm, membrane rupture was done and by 6pm I was 8cm. I started having serious pains and by 8pm I was checked again but still at 8cm.

At that moment I knew something was wrong, I was placed on oxygen because my baby's fetal heartbeat was fluctuating. I told the nurse beside me that If anything happens to me or my baby they won't find it funny because I know from the beginning that it might result to CS. After everything I was taken to the theater and my princess was brought out with cord around the neck, left hand and body.

In all, I give thanks to almighty Allah because the nurses were telling me to be patient and positive when I asked for CS. What would have happened if I had listened to them?

And again always follow your instincts as a mother, I have been considering CS since I didn't fall into labor before my due date which was 27th of January but...... hmmmmm
