hopefulLandlord: Anyone preaching and disturbing our peace better not be reading from a book that contains rubbishes like talking snakes , talking donkeys , a piece of fruit confers knowledge, witches, magic tricks called miracles, demons cause disease, zombies get up out of their graves and walk around Jerusalem, ghost stories, creator of the universe coming down to be killed by three nails etc.
If you want to talk about these things loudly then go to literature sections of schools and I'm certain you'd be welcome there but out in the world? nah! We are now waking up about those cock and bull stories. They should put their religion in their pocket and not disturb another man who dont want it Imagine why will one he-goat badge into someones house in the name of preaching nonsense and expect not to see shege. Maybe u can study or read about Swizerland system Even with the true federalism you are talking about the states will still demand money from the government. There will be ethnic war in Nigeria because everyone will be biased in their regions against other tribes. BAT is what we need to draw a template in which any leader will follow. |

So, to reduce or end that, support igbos to separate Nigeria. During the last war, if yorubas had suported the break up of Nigeria, there is no war, hausas woukd have won the war na.
U can't be shouting that the bitter igbos are in Lagos when we run unitary system of govt. Take for instance, there are not too many Scottish people in London. Why? Scotland has it own capital Glasgow and that is where her own citizens move to more. So, Nigeria can still practice UK 4 nation system. This way, bitter igbos will stay away from Lagos and u enjoy ur Lagos. Why should we support them now when they ave never want our support. It was the yorubas idea to separate Nigeria but they were the ones who kicked against it by now we would have been doing true federalism system of government. |

Reference: I often hear this line together with another that has been recently addressed in full which says 'power is not given, but is taken', to which a south-easterner has stepped up in the form of Peter Obi, yet it is still a problem to most.
So I will ask you in clear terms. What do you mean by 'making peace and stretching hands', because I cannot recount an Easterner elected into office since 1999. And if not, it means they have been voting for candidates from regions other than their own all the while. So what is the peace and the hands about?
Now, I am not from the East, but if you are from the West, I think the moral burden is rather on folks from that clime who feel they deserve another shot at the office having enjoyed it for 8 years under OBJ, so your moral compass should at least be spinning completely around and pointing you in the direction of supportung a south-easterner this time around instead of fueling this guilt escortion.
But like most posts from you folks I sense an inkling of superiorism, an ownership of the polity, that arrogates you the power to decide where the leadership of this country goes. You can taste it in the condescending tone of the 'plea'.
That my friend is not a moral contest at all. Sorry, but you are deeply embedded in sectionalism and are a flag for all that is base about Nigeria. So look intently into a mirror and know this. You may have all the cake, but,
This country WILL NEVER MOVE FORWARD WITH INJUSTICE. Take that to the bank. The easterners are doing well now Playing the political game now but it will take time for the west and north to align with them as long as they continue playing it politically instead of from the war point of view. This is what we meant by making peace. As you can see some westerners and northerners are for peter Obi. So for many to align with them they need to stop the blame game and victim mentality. Yorubas were marginalized by the Hausas and Igbos before the Biafra war and we were the opposition party. Abiola and our top leaders were kill and lots a don't have time to mention But what did we do? We forged ahead and began to play it from the politically perspective. Lastly, you not Igbo neither Yoruba as you stated but you should know that the easterners hate us just for being born Yoruba and accues us for not involving a war we see not win able. After Biafra the west accepted many of them into our lands. Go and verify I do not believe in sectionalism but Nigeria is a sectional country even if we don't want to admit it or not. And the Igbos are the ones who want to divide the country they have wanted to do their own thing. Tell me is that not sectionalism. Even if they are granted Biafra do you think they will be able to be accommodated in the North or west as they were now? |

Seunaj05: Nothing concern me with Saudi. But here in Nigeria, some folks are aggressively defending the gods of Saudi and preaching hate against their Nigerian brothers because of a defenceless god of Saudi. They preach that a fulani Muslim brother is more brother to you than your cousin who for example happens to choose his faith(Christian/idol worshiper) differently. They demonize our traditional religions in Africa and said that thier own religion is perfect. No religion is perfect, the greatest mistake the Africans made was totally demonizing and abolishing our indigenous religion in totality(instead of modifying & modernizing it like they did to Islam & Christianity over the decades) and stupidly embracing the equally not perfect foreign religions that sets us against one another. The Chinese are 1.5 billion people, they are neither Christians nor Muslims yet they are more prosperous than all the Arab nations put together. They also pray and God answers, This is the fact!. Do you also know that the so-called holy Kaaba has been destroyed several times and what you have there presently is just a mere work of art and nothing sacred. It will also shock you that it took the United States of America (a so-called pagan nation) to defend a so-called holy Kaaba in the modern day and this is why Kaaba has not been destroyed in recent modern time. The USA equally still supply Saudi's defense till today in exchange for Saudi Oil. So who is fooling who?? These people are just using our minds to do business and extend their territories in a bid to explore modern slavery(the slavery of the mind) and Africa is the worst hit because we don't think for ourselves. Them swear for black man make e node think at all Does all of these makes sense to you? Finally, when they wanted to padlock the mind of a black man and throw the keys into the river, they said that religion doesn't have to make sense..that we just have to believe them in totalty without objections and questioning. Loud the truth brother. Knowing who you are starts from knowing where you come from and accepting what makes us. It's a shame we threw away our own religion for foreigner's instead of re-modernising it. Africans don't know that development starts from there (African Religion and Philosophy) |

I from Osun State (Tinubu's state of Origin). I can confidently tell you that Asiwaju cannot win my state, Ipinle Omoluabi. The mood of the people here towards Tinubu is not encouraging at all. As a matter of fact, he is one of the reasons why we voted out his cousin (Governor Oyetola).
On one occasion in 2018, Tinubu arrogantly insulted our Obas with his wealth saying he is richer than Osun State. Most people believe Tinubu is collecting some percentage of Osun State monthly allocation through his cousin. I don't know of other states in Oduduwa Republic but I am sure that Tinubu would come third here.
I am a card carrying member of PDP but my vote is for Peter Obi come 2023. Majority of PDP and APC members are ready to vote for Labour Party during the presidential election. I belong to different whatsapp groups of APC, PDP and LP. Serious activities are going on in PDP and LP platforms but absolutely nothing is going on on APC WhatsApp platforms except sharing of links by local bloggers.
APC is completely in disarray in Osun State. No amount of money will revive them. By the time Governor Oyetola would hand over in November this year, even APC members will perform the trending 'Sai Mun Bata Wuta' ritual in Osun State.
Majority of Osun Christians and some muslims are going to vote for Peter Obi. I would have insulted you for this comments but of course we don't go ahead insulting people cos we are Yoruba. Your comments doesn't sound Yorubaish at all. Even if you are claiming to be one of us. APC lost to PDP with a tight margin in Osun because it's among the Yoruba people.
