Its normal to be shy around guys.
Its upbringing especially when your dad is all macho and dont have that total male dominance and it isnt exuding in you.
I was like that but how i overcame mine was:
As time got by i got my own pack. Every male in life should get their own packs who will correct them, insult them, defend them, cheat them and even act as wingmen to them so they can get ladies and give them confidence until you dont need them again.
This is how you overcome it.
Or register for a martial art class preferably boxing |

No Na tribalism of the masses dey ruin us.. Nor be politicians ...lets start telling ourselves the truth and stop pretending if not this nation will be doomed in the nearest future When a person from the three major tribe is the president..forget it you won't see a united protest from the masses...endsar protest the north didn't participate because their son was the president Now with the hell we have been subjected to still no protest will happen because a son from a major tribe is the president( tinubu)...same thing will also occur if igbo man is the president
The only time we can see a united protest is when a person from minority tribe becomes the president...take for example subsidy removal of Jonathan in 2012...the whole nation united and there was protest despite the cheap and low cost of things...lets stop pretending...
I love intelligent people. Thanks..you are intelligent Southwest and the yorubas have always been the ones in the frontline to protest or to start a protest in the country and even lost some of our own (during end sars). The rest of the country has shown us tribalism and hatred against our kins and entity as a whole. Now we not do such against If you want to protest do so in your region please. We will stand still for Asiwaju |

kelly72: It was a few weeks to the last governorship election in Edo State and that video surfaced online. It was Bola Ahmed_Adekunle Tinubu in a broadcast to the people of Edo State. He said he was the leader of all democrats in NIGERIA and he instructed them to vote for his anointed candidate so that Edo will come under his godfather cocoon and become one of his cash cows..
Of course before making that video, he would have already poured into Edo, hundreds of millions which were proceeds of his financial incest with Lagos and other States, hoping to reap bountifully if his boy won and controlled the treasury of Edo on his behalf. Of course he is still paying for his hopeless ambition to extend his corrupt empire to rein in a people whose history of elitism and political awareness is the longest in Nigeria.
Funnily and characteristically, it is the innocent voters on the street who came out to vote and go back home that are being accused of interfering in Lagos politics. They want to produce a president for Nigeria in an election where Nigerians from other tribes should not vote where they live.
Thank God you yanked off all the pretences by yourself and went ahead to show the world the self you've been denying. Why will you settle down in your comfort zone and type lies you yourself made up with grammar which do not relate to the actual thing you are trying to state? Why will Asiwaju interfere in Edo politics? Show us the video where he was saying his anointed should be voted. |

Hausa people there even prefer to dash we Yorubas land for free here. Our populations here in more than them. But they still like us. Do you know why they like us?. Is Because we never for once participate in there politics or religion cos is a red flag for us not to cross, 90% of us don’t vote. We prefer to go to our state and vote. Tell your brother to be a better visitor not trouble visitors Exactly, Many Igbos don't have common sense and respect for others. They just do things without thinking of tomorrow. How will you from another region will want to influence other people from another region against their leaders and expect them not to attack you? How will they partake in the politics and religion of their host community and even deride the culture and traditions of their host community and expect hands not to turn against them? I also grew up in Kaduna and we respect the host community, their traditions and culture, and politics. We never interfere and they are fine with us. The least we can do is vote in presidential election because it is a national thing but for the local elections we shove back our pvc. We can not say we want to change the present government of kaduna because of our own gains. It will be like a statement of war. |

Of course government should not run businesses. It will not last (we all know why)
Even in the developed countries their government contract businesses from different sectors to their entrepreneurs. Elon Musk got funding to build an underground tunnel for railways. Other global entrepreneurs and businessmen got funding of one way or the other for a landmark project in their country.
Government should be more of making enabling environment such as stable electricity, roads and railways for logistics, security for businesses and entrepreneurship and investment both locally and foreign. |

Lots of my friends and Family voted Obi, most of us believe he’s the right man for the job. Tinubu won election in what many of us believe it’s rigged… Several drama has unfolded since the election, most of which are abuse by the Easterners. This made some of us to even doubt all what we believed about Obi. It now seems like the Easterners just package Obi for everybody…. Harassment of Igbos in Lagos is also condemned, that’s one of the reason why many Yoruba are not on Tinubu’s side…. But as things are now…. It’s like we narrowly dodge a bullet with Obi… The abuse since Tinubu won is way too much. I remember the flood in Ekiti after election, some people were even jubilating….
This is really sad…
All this acts are what made few of us to start supporting Jagaban partially…
Welcome home Jagaban of Africa…. Location has changed from Lagos to FCT.. No one have to tell you before you support your own. Every other are supporting their own or their political alignment and interest. Why will an igbo man forcely be telling me to vote his own because they want sea ports and other projects in their land. Angelfrost: That doesn't answer my question!
I have traveled and lived in every region of this nation!... Your assertion about Southeast is laughable!
Yes, they have a serious leadership problem but there are more people suffering in the North, Middle belt, etc, than most states in the SouthEast!... Forget their recent crisis with Ipob/ESN (which is also a failure in state leadership)!
Now, let's get back on track...
How does a region producing a democratic president make them suddenly better than other tribes and regions who don't?!!
Jonathan was president for 6 years, yet even the North benefited more from the center than his very own people!
Obasanjo didn't do far more for his region than other regions... If memory even serves me well, he even withheld allocation to a state in his region for years!
What have the entire Northeners really gained from a Northern presidency since military till date?!!! How are their people more advantaged educationally, security-wise, and others?!!
So, why the constant fuss and noise about regional domination in national politics??! Very good write-up here. True we don't need to call for regional domination in national politics because it has not helped anyone much or any region much. You should know that since the emergence of democratic system of government. South west has not voted for a preferred candidate before like Tinubu since Abiola who did not rule. OBJ was not our favorite hence we never expected him to do well. The allocation he withheld to a state just as you rightly said was Lagos state and it was because of bad blood between himself and Tinubu but Tinubu still thrive despite irrespectives. Though we might have been canvassing and rallying round Asiwaju from the southwest. But he is not just a regional politician but a national one hate him or not he will deliver not only for Southwest but for Nigeria in the entirety. |

They are still dodging that simple question till date!
They come online to brag about winning elections and call people names like "Losers" and "Wailers" yet they are doing no better than others in their personal lives as citizens. SouthWest is better and livable for hustle than the South East if you dont know. The ones enjoying are the ones who came out from that region to go to other regions where there is opportunity to hustle. Most South Easterners in their region are suffering. |

Yorubalandlord: Look at what APC has turned yoruba into, because according to them "Igbos taunted" and like cry babies they decided to throw tantrum. Now we know what APC/Yoruba mumu button is. Trust that the button will be pressed countless time, maybe one day, yorubas will burn Lagos down with everything in it because 'Igbos are calling Lagos a No Man's Land' according to them. I've never seen this childishness in my entire life, and trust me I have lived quite long.
APC on behalf of Yorubas have opened Pandora's box. They can blame Igbo all the want, but every other ethnic group they have offended with their barbarism know where the fault lies. They know who turned them away from exercising their rights to vote. And it isn't Igbo.
Jesus this is so disheartening, can't believe this. We yorubas aren't like this before Apc came into our lives, we were a sophisticated tribe and accommodators, what happened to that?
Now the whole world have seen through us and what we are, just because of a simple election.
