ODEKU: You are such a brain-washed dolt, it's incredible to know that people like you still exist in our society. Come on, lighten up already, it's 2006, Stop thinking like a bush uninformed grown man.

Could you point out one single Nigerian leader that didn't steal or take care of his folks?

I keep telling you that we have leaders (both ex and current) who are worst than IBB, As a matter of fact many of them are preparing to take people like yourself for another ride in 2007.
IBB is being used as a decoy to distract dolt like you, Very soon an OBJ clone will be planted in Aso rock for the next president. And what people don't understand is the fact that 3rd term is still alive. The implementation of 3rd term will be carried out indirectly by planting an OBJ clone, who will be controlled by OBJ.

The IBB drama is being overrated to put you guys to sleep while the OBJ implements his 3rd term plan indirectly.
Keep in mind that he tried to implement this plan directly and he failed, He's now using his plan B strategy and I think so far it's working, the narrow-minded are buying it.

You keep pointing finger at IBB as if he was the only and only Nigerian leader that has ever stolen, I've you ever thought about why EFCC is not pressing the other ex leaders as heavily as IBB is being pressed?

1.Buhari
2.Shagari
3.Gowon
4.OBJ (international Thief Thief)
5.Abusalami or what ever he calls himself
6.Shonekan
7.Mawa
8.Odelli
9. Kalu
and many many more.
Do you really think these folks did not steal?

Do you think if the implementation of the 3rd term bid was successful, IBB will be heavily pressed like this or Vasta issue would have ever come out?

I've said this before, you can not be simple and understand Nigerian politics, you've got to be bright.

You can paste 200 pages of IBB propaganda story if you want, I'm not impress till all ten fingers are treated the same way.
Nobody is painting IBB as a saint, but it is only fair to check the records right, They are all the same, if OBJ could get a chance to come back to redeem himself, IBB deserves one too.

Note for ODEKU: I'm sick and tired of your single or two lines insulting comment, Grow up and let's utilize this forum effectively.

May God bless Nigeria.

Politics › Can Any Presidential Candidate Pass The Efcc Background Check Requirement? by BigB11(op): 5:54pm On Aug 30, 2006
Our focus has been on IBB and his presidential ambition; he has been bombarded by criticism from every angle, his family and associates have been attacked and labelled or stained with every single opprobrium name that exists. There is campaign being promoted everywhere to stop IBB, is this action sincere?

EFCC on the other hand continues to reinforce that corrupt individual or politician will not succeed OBJ,

Is this assumption feasible or just another supposititious attempt of the current government to discourage or intimidate the candidates with full solid potential, this way an OBJ's clone could be planted as the next Nigerian president.

Is this an alternate method to introduce the 3rd term?
Is the implementation of the 3rd term truly dead or still alive?
Is the current government using IBB drama as a decoy to entrap us into an indirect 3rd term by planting a clone OBJ?
Is there any candidate or politician out there who doesn't have anything in-common with IBB?
Is this bashing on IBB too overrated or what?

Be receptive to new and different ideas, think about it, your response is valuable.

May God bless Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Ibb On Okotie by BigB11(m): 3:39am On Aug 30, 2006
I hate to tell you guys that there are many many many Nigerians that see things differently. They are more than ready to vote for this man, IBB as the next Nigerian president, This is one of the reasons why OBJ and his folks are paranoid.
It doesn't matter if IBB is supporting anybody, it is never a bad strategy when one leader admires the other. I still think that apart from the shady past of IBB (just like the rest), he is still the most promising candidate out there.

Something tells me that, he will be much more effective this time around. The reform process or goal will be attained much faster and Nigeria will become the Giant of Africa again.

Fact: IBB is determined to correct things and take Nigeria to the next level; he feels that he owes Nigerian people. He has special plan for this country. I'm confident that this time around IBB will be the best president in the entire Africa. He has what it takes and a true leadership qualities that others haven't exhibited.

The old folks say "I rather sleep next to a crazy man I already know instead of sleeping next to the one I hardly know"

All governors are corrupted, OBJ is corrupted, airport folks are corrupted, police men are corrupted, INS folks are corrupted, NEPA corrupted, Water Cooperation corrupted, professors are corrupted and I'm pretty sure that one or two of us in here have encouraged corruption  activity before in our lives; either by bribing a police officer or airport folks to push in overloaded luggage or to renew expired passport without standing on a long line, or what ever it may be, Nigeria is a corrupt land just like any other country,

My point: whether IBB becomes the next Nigerian president or not, corruption will continue to exist. Corruption has been around before IBB and will remain after IBB.

We can continue to make noise and point finger at IBB, the next man is on the line and can't wait to repeat the history.

It is simple and natural to see nothing but failure if we only focus on the negatives, It is time to look at things from a different angle and think broadly, There is no honest politician in Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Ibb's Hidden Treasure by BigB11(m): 10:23pm On Aug 29, 2006
The problem is not IBB, the problem is Nigeria and the entire Nigerians. We are so quick to point finger and find an easy way out.
The state of mind of the entire population should be restructured. Stopping IBB alone will never never solve our problem. There are many others who are worst in every way than IBB and can't wait to do the same exact thing IBB did, but in a systematical way.

Keep in mind that the same people that produce pencil also produce eraser, Wake up. EFCC will make noise and rumble the dust, but at the end of the day nothing will be accomplished, Do you really thing EFCC will stop corruption in Nigeria? I don't think so.
Do you know the root of corruption in Nigeria?

You sound as if IBB was the founder of corruption.

Find a better method, a reasonable way to reform the country and stop making this annoying noise about IBB. Corruption has been around before IBB and will continue to exist, even after IBB.

Go ahead and double check some facts about corruption, Starting from Nnamdi Azikiwe to Awolowo, OBJ to MKO, Shagari to Adelakun/ Adelabu and so on, Do not waste your time, instead, you should come up with a better and solid strategy.

FYI ODEKU:
I will be a big fool to be seeking attention from an empty headed dude like yourself, Please get a life, you're not even close.

Believe me, you need to slow down a bit. This is a forum for us to share knowledge and learn one or two things from one another. There is absolutely no reason to open up your gangrene mouth like that. This is not a market place.

Let's have some self respect and respect for one another.

If my comment is not adequate enough for you; then you need to leave it alone and move on.

Trust me, you need to slow down brother, it's not that serious !!!!!!!
Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel vs Hezbollah/Lebanon by BigB11(m): 4:51pm On Aug 29, 2006
It is very simple:

This is how I see it:  We have Mr A, Mr B, Mr C and Mr D

Mr A and Mr B are fighting

Mr C is supporting Mr A by supplying him with deadly weapon to destroy Mr B

Mr D is also supporting Mr B by supplying him with deadly weapon to destroy Mr A.

It is Easily perceived or understood that Mr A and Mr B hate one another; it is also very obvious that Mr A hates Mr D and Mr B hates Mr D,

Very soon the real un-obvious enemies will become clearly apparent, the real conflict will be between MR C and Mr D.

Currently no one is really talking about the potential major conflict bettween Mr C and Mr D, but only Time will tell, but let's pray for peace.

NOTE:[s][/s]
Mr A = Israel
Mr B = Lebanon, Iran, Syria ETC
Mr C = USA
Mr D = Russia

OSHKOSH: Don't ever hesitate to disclose your nationality, Trust me, corruption is everywhere through out the world.
Keep in mind that as some Nigerians are constantly damaging our image there are many others constantly painting great images. Nigerians in general are very hard working, educated and ambitious group of people,
No one can ever, ever take that away from us.

I was born in US, but always claim Nigeria as my country.
Politics › Re: What Do You Think Of Malam Nuhu Ribadu? by BigB11(m): 5:35pm On Aug 25, 2006
OSHKOSH: Good point. But keep in mind that nobody is saying EFCC is not a blessing for our nation, but at the same time, one has to monitor their activities and ensure that this organization is on the right track; and stays there.

Infact, organization like EFCC should embrace public criticism, which only could bring nothing but improvement to their operation.

We should also keep in mind that the beginning of any organization sometimes determines the end. As someone mentioned before "Rome wasn't built in a day", but the foundation wasn't plywood either.
Politics › Re: What Do You Think Of Malam Nuhu Ribadu? by BigB11(m): 5:15pm On Aug 25, 2006
Wow, It's Friday; Calm down brothers. It's OK for us to have different point of view. Just calm down DANMASANI. I don't have anything to hide, Even, clean folks with common sense like Wole Shoyinka has advised EFCC to calm down and understand human right law.
I respected this organization (EFCC) before they became OBJ personal vindictive tools,

When I said everyone should be arrested including you, my intention was to display a figure of speech that say, "there is no perfect animal in the cage, they are all the same with diffrent colors.

No need to lower you level like my dear friend, ODEKU. It is OK to disagree on different issues, infact this is the purpose of this forum; for people like us to disagree, debate, share knowledge and at the end of the day learn one or two things from one another.

Only the empty heads like ODEKU are paranoid, because they have nothing to share.

Hence, let's display some respect for one another.

May God bless Nigeria

DANMASANI: If that is the case, then everyone should be arrested, including you. ,

And don't be brainwashed by the newspaper or media; there are many things going on behind closed door that we don't know. I wouldn't be surprised if it comes out later that Mr. EFCC himself is corrupted.

What goes up would sometimes come down, Let's watch and see.
Politics › Re: What Do You Think Of Malam Nuhu Ribadu? by BigB11(m): 8:06pm On Aug 24, 2006
Ribadu was doing a great job till he got himself involved in politics. Yes, there are numbers of other people EFCC hasn't touched yet, but time will tell.

If nothing is done to restructure their strategy and policy, very soon website or forum like this will no longer exist for Nigerian people.
