FLEX: Trust me, he's cleared in USA. OBJ tried to use that FBI strategy, but it didn't work.
When are you going to start recognizing that OBJ is a desperate man? He wants to be the accuser, the judge and the jury; and at the same time he's as dirty as a village pig.

FACT: ATIKU has been to USA several times after the allegation; if he wasn't cleared that wouldn't have happened. And don't mis- understand my point, I'm not calling ATIKU a saint, but I just feel that OBJ is as dirty, or may be worst.

By the way, there is no need to call names, I'm referring back to your previous comment (paddy wagon of that slowpoke BIGB1). Let's stay focused and be civilized.
Acting like a child will be defeating the main purpose of this forum. We need to share knowledge and learn from one another. Just because I see the light and you don't doesn't permit you to turn this forum into a market place.

Let's show some respect for one another and make a productive use of this forum.

May God bless Nigeria.

Off the record; are you related to ODEKU?
Politics › Re: Atiku Is A Disgrace To Nigerians by BigB11(m): 2:07pm On Sep 27, 2006
FLEX: Slow down a bit.

FBI has confirmed that ATIKU is a clean man. They've also made it clear to OBJ administration that they are only interested in probing or dealing with the US senate and do not want to get involved with the latest Nigerian political propaganda. Trust me, USA knows better, they know that the concept of Nigeria war against corruption is a fruitless rat race as long as OBJ is the president.

MARIORY: I'm too busy to deal with you today, but I will be back; and don't forget, I still love you and your FAT greasy black FACE (typical Yoruba woman).

FLEX: You definitely must be smoking something strong.

Your statement is ridiculous, I don't even know how to answer.

In short, OBJ was a corrupt leader in 1975 and he's still has the same image. He came out with ATIKU's allegation because at this point he has nothing to lose or he has less to lose compare to ATIKU.

How did you think OBJ got OTA farm? Do you think OTA farm dropped from the sky?

Please stop talking like a blind uninformed village boy.

May be you need to start flexing your brain. You just never know, that might open up your eyes a-little more wider.

Politics › Re: Why Is IBB Not In Prison? by BigB11(m): 8:05pm On Sep 24, 2006
That is a very good question.
To even make this question more interesting I have more questions:

How come OBJ is still walking around as Nigerian president?
How come Shonekan is not being investigated?
How come Shagari is not being investigated?
How come IBB's VP is not being investigated?
How come Buari is not being investigated?
How come the 3rd term bribery allegation is not being investigated?
How come OBJ's girl friends are getting gifts that really belong to Nigerians from the president?
How come EFCC is addicted to only investigating certain people?
How come people like Adedibu in Ibadan still exist in our society?

My point, open your mind, there is nothing IBB has done that has not been done by others, especially OBJ.
Sending IBB to jail will mean sending the entire nation to jail.

Think about it.
Politics › Re: Efcc Can’t Remove Me, Boasts Fayose by BigB11(m): 7:44pm On Sep 24, 2006
I HAVE AN ANSWER
OBJ and EFCC are under pressure and as usual they are seeking for a scape goat to prove a fruitless point. Is Fayose the next scape goat for these folks? well, we shall see, time will tell.

EFCC has already lost their credibility and I'm not sure if they're ever going to regain it. OBJ on the other hand has no credibility at all. Hence they can go ahead and arrest Gbenga OBJ if they want, we are not impressed by their action.

Enough is enough, allow Nigerians to select their president.

May God bless Nigeria.

Politics › Re: Igbo Presidency by BigB11(m): 6:59pm On Sep 24, 2006
ODEKU: what a terrible comment.
I do not see anything bad in having another Hausa president. It doesn't matter, It could be Igbo or Yoruba, as long as the elected president has the capability to rule the country effectively; please bring it on.

It will be uncivilized to be selective in regard to ethnicity when it comes to selecting the right president to rule Nigeria. We should all keep in mind that no matter what, every ethnicity group has one or two bad fruits; hence it will be unrealistic to stereotype.

Our common objective should be getting the right candidate to rule the country and not selecting this individual based on his or her ethnicity.

Dude, I keep telling you to think before you talk, but you refuse; and continue to look like an un-informed dolt day after day. What is wrong with you boy?

If your brother or sister was one of these innocent folks, how would you feel to hear a senseless and careless comment you've made coming from someone else?

THINK! THINK! THINK!

YOU CAN DO IT and I promise you, it won't hurt.
Politics › Re: President Of Nigeria In 2007: Who? <Poll> by BigB11(m): 5:18pm On Sep 24, 2006
Allow Nigerians to vote. No one is in the position to recommend which religion or ethnicity to rule the country. This why there is election process in democracy; and majority carries the vote.

If you have any concerns, you should return back to Nigeria and cast your vote; instead of recommending sensless and uncivilized idea.

ODEKU, my figure head brother! When are you going to stop following and start leading?
Politics › Re: Atiku Is A Disgrace To Nigerians by BigB11(m): 5:01pm On Sep 24, 2006
If any one in this forum is supporting OBJ just because he or she (ODEKU and MARIORY) is Yoruba, then this person must be the goat, a stinky male village goat with no common sense for that matter.

Our main focus must be on stability of our motherland regardless of the ethnicity of the president, we should do what is right.
It is also true that when you throw stone into a market, family member is usually the victim; but if family member being the victim is the solution to our problem then let it be.

We should not be brainwashed or blind-folded by the current administration, we should be open minded and see the light.
Politics › Re: Atiku Is A Disgrace To Nigerians by BigB11(m): 5:34am On Sep 23, 2006
I still do not see Atiku as a disgrace to Nigerians, We have to wait and hear his side of the story. Just because at the moment OBJ has the upperhand and in the position to control organization like EFCC doesn't mean he's perfect. I think time will tell, Very soon the credibility of the EFCC, which is already diluted will finally dissolve in-front of all of us.

It is so sad that an incredible organization like EFCC allowed political propaganda to tarnish their image.

The conflict between ATIKU and OBJ is personal and has nothing to do with Nigerians or Nigeria as a country, don't be brainwashed. It is also important not to allow OBJ to be the accuser, the judge and the jury. It is totally against the law. You present your case and allow the plaintiff to defend himself; OBJ doesn't want this, he wants us to see ATIKU as the evil, a disgrace and a criminal by rushing to a baseless conclusion.

Not fair and not acceptable. It just doesn't work like that.

OBJ is dirtier than most of these leaders, and it will come out soon.

As a leader, it is also unfair to jeopardize the stability and security of a country just because you want to prove a fruitless point. I wonder what kind of example these folks (current Administration) are sending the new generations.

If they don't stop this mess on time, many many innocent folks will pay and it is unfair.

May God bless Nigeria.

Some one is reading my mind or my comments. Check this out this article from Thisday newspaper

Umar: Why Presidency is Afraid of Credible Contenders

Former Military Governor of old Kaduna State, Colonel Abubakar Umar (rtd), has cited fear of investigation after leaving office as one of the reasons President Olusegun Obasanjo was at war with those he (Umar) called credible presidential aspirants.
Umar, who is Chairman of a political pressure group, Movement for Unity and Progress (MUP), therefore, concluded that the President would rather induce internal political crisis to truncate next year’s general elections and take advantage of section 135 of the 1999 Constitution “in order to cling to power for the remaining period of his life.”
The former governor, whose views were contained in a press statement, titled: “A Time for Vigilance”, also contended that the President had other concerns sufficiently serious to scare him from willingly handing over on the 29th May, 2007.
“Chief Olusegun Obasanjo’s tenure is marked by an all-time high government revenue earnings but a tenure, which coincides with an unprecedented destitution among the broad masses.
“The minimum action a successor government would take is to ask Chief Olusegun to proffer some explanation. So, presumably, it is likely that the President would rather die in office than face the disgrace of justice which his successor may have to dispense for his ineptitude and his many transgressions.”
Umar warned that given the foregoing, “Nigerians must beware that they may be dealing with a leader that may have strong motives to contrive crisis at the end of his tenure so as to invoke the provisions of the Constitution (section 135) in order to cling to power for the remaining period of his life.
“We feel therefore duty bound to call on all Nigerians, especially members of the National Assembly, to remain vigilant and be fully prepared for any eventuality. We must be prepared to defend this democracy and our country no matter the cost.”
Giving a kaleidoscope of political, social and economic developments in the country in the last few months, the MUP chairman said Nigerians have justifiable reasons to be alarmed by the run of events in the country over the past several months, particularly over the past week or two.
He added: “Discontent and restiveness are escalating and are spreading to hitherto stable and peaceful corners of the country. Growing bitterness and animosity among politicians is fueling a frightening outbreak of hate and antagonism; citizens are getting increasingly divided along ethnic, religious and sectional camps. People have been seized by apprehension and fear; fear for their security and apprehension over their future and the future of their families.”
Umar cited the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which he described as an organization starved of funds and which appears not prepared to conduct credible election, “because the federal government schemes to subvert preparations for the 2007 polls, it has ensured that INEC runs from pillar to post, struggling to put together within three months what it ought to have been allowed three years to do.”
Besides, he alleged that the federal was not ready to relinquish to power to a successor government next year because the “multi-pronged assault and virulent campaign against persons showing interest in the seat Chief Obasanjo is occupying, has intensified.
“This assault is especially vicious upon those that appear to possess good chances of winning, thereby leaving on the stage those whose prime motive in joining the race is probably to be known and addressed as ‘presidential aspirant’. He is prosecuting this operation by using, or, rather mis-using the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).”
Further questioning the pragmatism of the EFCC, Umar frowned: “In the six years while Chief Olusegun Obasanjo doubled both as president as well as Minister of Petroleum, he disallowed access to the books of the NNPC, not even to the Revenue Mobilization and Fiscal Commission, RMFC. However, early this year, against sustained pressure, when the HART Group, the international firm of auditors, looked into those books, what they found was mind boggling.”
Raising more questions, he challenged the EFCC to provide answers to the puzzle Nigerians have been facing on the identity and lawmakers who allegedly received N50m each to support constitution amendment to accommodate tenure elongation for the president as well as unveil the identity of the financiers.
“Billions of Naira of sleaze money was known to have been shared among many members of the National Assembly to get them to endorse the 3rd Term Bill. In the night of Wednesday, the 10th and Thursday, 11th of May, 2006, some patriotic Nigerians accosted dozens of National Assembly members at the premises of a commercial bank in the Wuse area of Abuja collecting and stacking millions of Naira into the boot of their cars. The number plate of some of the vehicles used in carrying the sleaze money was recorded and published in the press. Some staff of the bank volunteered information, including the name of the account from which the money came.
“Despite these, the EFCC officials later said they were unable to investigate the scam unless the public fully ‘cooperated’ and come up with ‘more’ details. In the end, EFCC walked away and headed straight to Zamfara state where they made a rich harvest of arrests — of cashiers and other officials of the state government.
“Their offences, we were told, was that they were pick-pocketing government money and the figures range as lowly as their lowly official positions. As we speak, over 60 days since their arrest, the hapless ‘pick-pockets’ of Zamfara state are still languishing in EFCC detention cells while the Commission remains unable to arrest any of the takers or givers of the billion Naira 3rd Term bribe in Abuja.
On the contentious Transcorp shares, Umar asked: “Why would the President purchase shares in a company that is evidently being given unfair advantage by the government he heads?
“At what price did the President sell his shares if indeed he has sold them and how much money did he make in the deal?”
On Obasanjo/Atiku feud, Umar said: “It is too early to pass any judgement or even comment on the issue while revelations are still flowing in from the two camps. We call on Nigerians especially the media and civil rights groups to keep an open mind on this issue and only pass judgement when both sides are fully heard. We have an opportunity to test this government’s sincerity in its war against corruption. We must not squander it by being biased.”
He therefore argued that since the “executive arm of our government has imploded and has become a clear and present danger to the security and integrity of our democracy,” opportunity has offered itself to the other tiers of government, particularly the parliament, that Nigerians look up to for rescue.
“It must rise to the occasion and apply its enormous powers to restore order to the country. The National Assembly must be resolute, patriotic and unshaken in discharging its constitutional duties. The National Assembly must play its patriotic duty of salvaging and protecting our most cherished democracy as did similar parliaments in similar circumstances in history.
“The National Assembly must move speedily to conduct a high-powered enquiry into the activities of the President and the Vice-President which brought about the current crisis and mete out appropriate sanctions to either or both officers found culpable.”

Atiku is not the only one, I think OBJ is a bigger disgrace to Nigerians.

We should allow ATIKU to put together his own EFCC group to investigate the president. You will not believe the result.

This issue surrounding Atiku is not new to the president, he knew about this situation for more than 3 years, but our greedy, unprofessional and vindictive president waited for the 3rd term implementation to fail before bring out all this allegation.
His motive is not for the benefit of Nigerians, it is Mr President personal agenda. (you kick me, I kick you game).

Mr president's main objective is for the presidential election to fail, that way he could remain in power.

It is Sad and makes me sick.
Politics › Re: Atiku Versus Obj,any Danger For Nigeria's Stability? by BigB11(m): 2:09pm On Sep 17, 2006
It has been also confirmed that OBJ wants the 2007 presidential election to fail. According to the law OBJ must transfer the power to the next elected president, but he also has the power to retain the presidential position if there is any problem or election failure. (3rd term is being introduced to us indirectly).
It is a shame and sad to witness how low OBJ could go to retain the power.

Be smart and watch this even very closely.
