Its not for me. So also stacking of orders. It rather builds my equity. Because i trade at the extreme with SL just 10 to 15 pips above or below the swing point. In the attached, i have taken 2 orders off the table towards yesterday's close and i care less if it run another 100 pips. Money is made already with the short move with lesser risk. May be its just a different way of doing it than everyone knows

Yea. You are right. Trading style. Mine will TP. I still hit that GN for another 60 pips when it retuned back to the bottom cos I was expecting that bullish run but i didnot ride it. The first run that took him out was actually to shake out the weak buyers. Learning to ride like you but most of the time i am satisfied with what the market has offered. And again my R:R for 60 pips can be the same as someone gunning for 200 pips. I pay more attention to money than counting pips.

Losing 80pips to the market seems normal to me but in general solely depends on what TF you trade or in other words, solely depends on your trading style: scalper, day trader, swing trader or position trader?

I've never felt bad losing 120pips to the market, yes 120.0pips, again this is the psychology part of trading. knowing your trading styles and the pros and cons associated with them is what distinguishes each and every one.

May be spread widening. It tiggers SL buy stop and sell stop but not take profit... This happened last night during spreaad widening... I never see this kind one o.

Some brokers are thief sha. I initiated a trade o. After the spike this afternoon, I noticed that the price went over my TP and it didnt trigger to close the trade. So I just assumed it was an error. I now set SL cos I noticed price was retracting, The price still went below my SL yet wasnt triggered.

Is there something am missing.

Risk management is more important than profit making. All the rules are set with risk management as the main objective.
It will also make it impossible for someone to over trade and win with luck at the last minute.
Then It has come to my notice that some folks are trying to play a fast one by having two accounts and this is the reason why I stated that we only wanted fta moniker in the contest.
Unfamiliar names should make a post here so we can be sure they are not trying to cheat the system. In addition, everyone should send their demo details to me within the next three days of the contest start.

Look at these trades, switch to 4hrs , you can trace them with what I sent.

This is trend trading, using daily trend direction , then I wait for 4hrs retracement into those lines then enter the market. Posted chart so you can trace those to see what I'm talking about.

So you can decide for yourself if you want to trade trend or anti-trend. Merge it with your vast knowledge.

I personally prefer the Demand area around 1.3685 from your posted chart.
My rule of thumb is, whenever I see supply and demand, I like to use the next one. I always try to avoid the first one on the chart.

I anonymously emailed you something few days ago, I use that in confluence with the next demand or supply on chart. I skip the immediate supply and demand, support and resistance.

Just got your email. Looking through it... Thanks. From your posted charts we seem to watching exact same level. I think the area you refer to the next S& aligns with my weekly level while the imediate aligns with daily.

With time i guess you will be able to hold like this. It will be better if you have one 2 positions opened, close one, BE the other and let it run. Sometime it will also depend on the TF you are looking at

There's someone I directed somewhere and try to help a little, albeit not much, but I got almost no feedback or vibe from the person.
It might be because I don't have a system / indicator cross system that tells you buy or sell. Well I don't think those work, maybe for short period of time until you blow your account.

i guess the CJ's method has changed your perspective a lot. once you have a good trading system you can work out a good money management system as against the normal 1/2% flying every where.

Ideal H&S in my book. You can have your own variation as to what works for you but this is what I look for when I'm hunting for H&S

For Sell , LL must be lower than the ORIGIN that created A
For Buy, HH must be higher than the ORIGIN that created A

10 to 15 pips stops,50 and above pips TP with over 90% win rate. If you are wrong, you will take a small loss and if you are right you will get paid heavily

I have exited the GBPUSD buy trade for about 78 pips profit.

Price might still rise to 1.3242 - 1.3292 region but I am happy with my profit.

Peeps go to university for 3+ years to get a degree which doesn't mean you'll be successful in life, it just makes things easier for you, broaden your horizons. Imagine if ppl put the same effort in FX, a lot people would have been more successful. Instead people look at it as get rich quick scheme.

Nice job Nennin . Don't forget, you've to keep at it, nothing is impossible. You have to work hard and put in the work.
