I'm not in Lagos and if it was a stolen ware, Dell wouldn't have sent technicians twice to my house for repairs (before my complete care, next business day on site repairs, extended battery life warranties expired), and I'm not sure my details would've been attached to the service tag code on Dell's database. No sir, it's not stolen.

My Dell Latitude E6420 fingerprint reader stopped reading fingerprints, and has locked me out of my laptop as I had enabled BIOS authentication on it. Is there a way to flash and reset the BIOS?

PS: Dell sent a supposed reset password that's not working.
