Jus lyk u all knw, the first step is the online application, which I believe u've all done right? From here is the first shortlistment, where about 20 names per state will be shortlisted. Hopefully June the list will be out.

...Aye sir! when i was in NYSC orientation camp a soldier friend told me that on arrival at training at the Depot NA they were given an injection that surpressed their libido and prevented erection (temporarily of course), the purpose was of course to make them focus on their training...pls am just curious, is same done to SSC cadet officers as well? smuhammad: hi guys, it is a great honour and previlege to visit and comment on this forum once again after a very long tym. It may interest u guys to knw that last year I ws lyk virtually all of u ie an applicant into d NA. Lucky enof for me, I made the final list and by the special grace of the Almighty come next week I shall be commissioned, what a dream come tru. My advise to u guys is to continue praying and be very hard working cos d Army job needs brave minds. The training in the Nigerian Defence Academy is a very interesting one. I wish u guys all the very best. Hoping to see some of u during my POP come Saturday next week.

...another serious physical is the push up and sit up, its really giving me tough time, i can barely do 20 push ups at a go...please does anybody knows how important it is in the physical and how many are required to be done...thanks.

...as the name implies, you face the floor as if you wanna push it, then you start lowering your body steadily. which mean you sustain your body weight with your arm as you bend and straighten it. best of luck...

...guys let's be realistic, this 3.2km thing has to be jogging cos i can't imagine running 3.2km without breaking it down into jogging after 3mins...just think about it, your strength diminishes when you don't slow down and at the end of the day you get over exhausted and can't further the race again, trust me i have tried it...perhaps maybe ain't strong enough. GOD help us all...

...about further studies, he will have to go for PGD first before he can proceed to do masters. on the job issue, i doubt any company would wanna ask for third class. cos some are even asking for second class upper as minimum. but if the person have long legs anything is possible in Nigeria. best of luck...
