ShowYourCertificate:Falana is just an opportunist who cannot tie the shoe laces of a Fawehinmi no matter how hard he tries. He is only a human rights activist when his bread is buttered & it suits him. I have always had doubts about him but I lost all respect for him when he appeared with over fifteen other SANs in a team to defend Buhari in one of the cases challenging his lack of certificates & requisite constitutional qualification to assume the office of President. Ordinarily people like Falana should have been in the fore-front of the demand that Buhari proves he has the qualifications prescribed by our Constitution; instead, he accepted tens of millions of Naira to frustrate the cases so they won't be heard on the merit by filing technical objection after technical objection. Can you imagine Fawehinmi doing that? On this matter of the genocide of the Shias for allegedly blocking a road which should have been dealt with by tear-gas, water cannons, rubber bullets, etc, you won't see him stand to be counted. But it is not even Falana I am worried about; it is what we have become in Nigeria that makes me shudder. Most of us are now no better than animals. When you read comments in this site & others & see the cold-blooded nonchalant dismissal of the murder of hundreds of fellow citizens, you wonder if we are not really the animals the rest of the world considers Africans to be. We see right there on television & CNN when people throw rotten tomatoes, eggs, vegetables, etc on Prime Ministers & Presidents & nothing happens. A journalist once threw a shoe at President Bush & nothing happened. And yet just for the "nuisance" & inconvenience occassioned by the alleged blockade of a road, hundreds of fellow citizens are murdered in cold blood & we clap & go on with our lives as if it is all in a day's work. Make no mistake, the Shias are absolutely wrong to block roads, Harrass passers by & generally constitute themselves into a pain in the public neck but for a supposed disciplined Military to react by murdering the same citizens they are sworn to protect is shocking. Most Nigerian's no longer have a conscience which is the only thing that differentiates humans from other species of the animal kingdom. You think it doesn't concern you? Okayoooooooo. God dey |
sucess001:Yeah, right. You work in a Bank & all you do is to stalk celebs all over Lagos begging for selfies? Well, REAL celebs have bodyguards & the duty of bodyguards is to check stalkers like you. You call him an "IDIOT" because "one of his boys" stopped you taking pics with him? Even "smallie" celebs have a right to privacy & to determine who they will or will not take selfies with, so go get a life |

dom:You well so? Did she return to the Senate? So which Senate is she looking for juicy Senate Committee? She just wants to remain relevant and find some crumbs from the APC Government of the day. Instead of using this opportunity to nurse her very sick husband she has abandoned while politicking, she is still intent on seeking more money even though she has made Billions already in her twelve years in the National Assembly in which time she was among others, Chairman of the "JUICY" Senate Committees on Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutions and also Chairman of the Committee on Gas in the last Senate |
FORMER SENATOR NKECHI NWAOGU "DEFECATES" TO APC This woman is all about GREED and that will be her undoing very soon. Very selfish woman |
AS I SAID ON THE OTHER THREAD, THIS IS THE REAL POLITICS EKWERENMADU: 54 VOTES NDUME: 20 VOTES |
That is the real Politics Voting going on now for Deputy Senate President. Sen. Ike Ekwerenmadu is running against Sen. Ndume:- Interesting times ![]() SENATOR IKE EKWERENMADU ELECTED DEPUTY SENATE PRESIDENT |
Nothing like stalemate. CONFIRMED final collated Abia Guber results:- PDP: 297,046; APGA: 147, 081. Margin of PDP victory: 149,965 votes. For those making noise over issues they do not understand. The Ukwa/Ngwa are the majority clan in Abia but since recorded history have never been Governor. They are the most marginalized group in Nigeria. Their situation in Abia is worse than that of the Igbo in Nigeria. Although they are the most hospitable and tolerant clan affording home & security to strangers, they are derided & held in contempt for their kindness. They occupy 9 of Abia's 17 LGAs. The second largest group the Umuahia occupy 3 LGAs. Arochukwu where Dr. Alex Otti comes from constitute just 1 LGA. Politics is a game of numbers. If a people of 9 LGAs who have never been Governor in all their history, particularly his own LGA, OBINGWA decide to come out enmass to vote for their son & make history; what is the surprise in that? The 82000 votes in OBINGWA is less than HALF of the total registered voters. So it is okay for Otti & APGA to just make a frivolous unsubstantiated allegation of rigging & then get votes from Ikpeazu's homeland cancelled? What is the proof? Just mere unfounded allegations? So if Jonathan alleged that Kano's 1.9 million votes and those of Katsina & Jigawa were rigged; they should have been cancelled so that he wins the elections? Ikpeazu has been officially declared winner of the election. Anyone with grievances should head to the Election Tribunal and prove his/her case |

AlomoReloaded:My instinct was not to dignify you with a response. Nincompoops like you think you are Tigers because you can hide behind the safety of your keyboard, type trash & insult people. This thread is not about the performance of PDP or their Governor but I guess you are too daft to appreciate that. The thread is about the authentic results announced. If INEC announces a result, it is authentic & even if it was obtained by rigging, that is a matter for the Tribunal. There are too many idiots on NL; why do I even bother? |
safarigirl:Lol. You only hear what you want to hear. This is not about whether T.A. Orji/PDP is good for Abia or not. This is about false results being posted by pranksters without even an attempt to do a good job of it. Any where PDP wins, it's rigged results but once its APC or in this case APGA, then it is free & fair results. Come back after announcement of the official results & eat crow |
mbulela:What you are hearing differently is the REAL results not the fake nonsense posted here. Just look at the pics of the result sheets & it tells you everything. PDP has already won overwhelmingly in 13 of the 17 LGAs including Aba North/South; Umuahia North/South & ALL 9 Ukwa/Ngwa LGAs |
Most of you guys hereon are so gullible: look at the pictures of the alleged result sheets very well; all are written with the same hand writing & same purple ink felt pen. Then, it's on Form EC 60 E instead of form EC8(A) for unit results. SOME HAVE BOTH GOVERNORSHIP & HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY IN ONE RESULT SHEET. Anyway, PDP has already won the relections in Abia State so APGA & their supporters can continue deceiving themselves. |
Freedom of speech sha; jokers every where. SMH |
APC propagandists are funny & childish. They are scared to death about the Court cases and every day now all we hear are sponsored stories about how PDP Chieftains Believe the cases will not succeed & Presidency will not support, etc. Hogwash, if you believe that you will believe anything. APC is shitting in their pants. They claim not to be worried but advanced over N500m to a team of over 20 SANs who were in Court for the matter on the last date led by OLANIPEKUN. Every notable Yoruba SAN was recruited. How will the case not succeed? The least Qualification in the definition of "school certificate" is Pry. School certificate "AND" about 4 other qualifications numbered (a) to (d). So before you talk of 10 years working experience, ability to read & write, etc, the foundation is Pry 6 certificate. Now did Buhari produce any evidence of Pry. 6 certificate? The days of born-to-rule, we are above the law arrogance is gone. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED when the judgment is handed down. The simple issue for determination is whether Buhari provided EVIDENCE or PROOF to INEC that he meets the educational qualification set out by the Constitution. The answer is either that he did or did not & not all these rantings & fake propaganda on social & regular media. Another issue of course is that if you make a false statement in a document or affidavit submitted to INEC, then S. 31(6) of the Electoral Act disqualifies you. Again, the simple issue here is to determine whether Buhari's statement in an affidavit submitted to INEC that his educational documents are with the Military is true or not in view of the fact that the Military has come out openly and clearly to say that not only do they not have it but have never had it because he joined the Army without it. Suppose then that the Court finds that Buhari made a false statement, what then? APC supporters say no Court or Judge will have the guts to disqualify Buhari because of the trouble that will arise; well we will just have to wait and see. But any APC supporters who just wave away these Court cases as unserious is leaving themselves open to a sucker-punch. I have said before that APC supporters like playing the Ostrich & burying their heads in the sand and nothing has happened to change my mind on that |
The main complaint against the Electronic Voters Card Readers is that it's use is expressly prohibited by Section 52 (1) (b) of the Electoral Act; its use will invalidate the election and create more crises. It is INEC who have been deliberately taking steps to create confusion. People can rant and rave all they want on Nairaland but legal issues will be decided by Courts based on law & it's technicalities and not on sentiments. For instance your GMB is as good as gone; the Court will disqualify him as he refused to do the needful. (Understand me well: he REFUSED to do the needful). Since he stubbornly refused to apply to Cambridge or WAEC or wherever for a copy of his certificate and tender it to INEC as REQUIRED BY LAW, his born-to-rule ARROGANCE will be his undoing. All the Court needs to decide is that no one is above the law. Simple as that |
MalcoImX:Which is better? That aggrieved persons go to Court to seek redress for perceived injustices and illegalities or that your lot soak the blood of dogs and baboons on the streets? So Igbos are supposed to feel ashamed for never rioting, looting, killing and slaughtering fellow Nigerians but always going to Court to ventilate their grievances? SMH |
lookingforjob:I was tempted not to reward your FOOLISHNESS with a response, but could not resist the temptation to puncture your very obvious attempt to re-write history. So Ojukwu should be blamed for resisting the massive genocide and pogrom against his people by the Hausa/Fulani? HOW INSENSITIVE CAN PEOPLE BE JUST BECAUSE OF POLITICS? Must you descend so low as to reason with your anus even if you have such obvious hatred for a tribe? And who says Igbos will not vote for Fashola? Did Igbos not vote for Obasanjo in 1999 even when his own Yoruba people did not and again in 2003? Did Igbo's not reject Buhari as having nothing to offer in 2007 and voted instead for Yar'Adua? Haven't other Igbos been contesting Presidential elections since 1999 without getting any votes from the South East? If you are talking religion, how many votes did Reverend Chris Okotie get from the South East the several times he ran for election? Stupidity is a disease |
It's always funny to see APC loyalists masturbating themselves with slogans. How exactly does all this waste of time and MB on creating useless slogans like feBuhari and now March4Buhari translate to votes? What percentage of voters use twitter? If feBuhari did not stop change of date for the elections from February, how will march4Buhari stop Buhari's defeat in March? Anyway, as someone said, they have been shouting for "CHANGE" and at least now they have one specie of change: change in election dates, lol ![]() |
Please can someone tell me Buhari's position on true Federalism, restructuring, devolution of powers to the regions/States, resource control and quota system? Once these are properly addressed, the problems of Nigeria, including corruption is solved. I am waiting for an answer. |
sankky:My dear, stop wasting your mb; your project is dead on arrival. Abia? Labor party? Don't make me laugh |
eighTHREAD:Forgive him; he will do better. Remember that some people promised, and delivered on that promise, to make Nigeria ungovernable for Jonathan. You know who those people are. Your duty is simply to make sure you do not give them a single vote |
keyman0007:See how you APC apparatchiks contradict yourselves. According to you a Certificate is "an evidence u went through sch"; you therefore agree that since your hero, Buhari has no Certificate, there is no evidence that he went through school. In that case my dear, do you still think he qualifies to aspire to be President of this great Country? |

gogodaye:I would be surprised if IBB indeed made the Statements ascribed to him by Tinubu's Nation newspaper. It was IBB himself who revealed the secret to PDP that Buhari has no Certificate when PDP & Jonathan visited him at his Hill-top mansion which was why a day after that visit, the PDP made the controversial statement that the APC candidate is a "semi-illiterate". As you know, IBB loves to play political chess; after all he is the "EVIL GENUIS", remember. Then again, Northern Generals are getting alarmed now that this "BUHARIGATE" is blowing their "yansh" open as more revealtions emerge threatening to beam the searchlight on some of their own well kept secrets. For instance, when the forged Katsina College Statement of Result for Buhari was first published, APC claimed that it was prepared from a "Cambridge Printout" which also showed that Shehu Musa Yar'Adua sat for the same exam in 1961. But Yar'Adua joined the Army two years previously in 1959 so how could he have sat for WASC with BUHARI in 1961? That raised alarm bells as over a dozen interpretations could arise. They are backtracking now and doing damage control |
Blueray:You are ambivalent & it's difficult to understand where you stand; perhaps you are just sitting on the fence. That Buhari was admitted into the Army based on a letter of recommendation by your British, who in your eyes can do no wrong is just one arm of the equation; by your own admission, which is actually the case, Buhari having joined the Army by letter of recommendation & started his career, never went back to sit for the WASC. Instead what he did, as the Army spokesman explained was that whenever he subsequently needed to fill forms as he progressed through the Military, he filled fictitious scores as his WASC scores but as the Army noted, Buhari never brought any certificates, whether original or copy for sighting & verification by the Army hence there was none in his file. If as you argue, there was nothing wrong with allowing Northerners without certificates to join the Army using letters of recommendation instead in order to ensure that Igbos & Yorubas who were better educated did not monopolize the Army, is there also nothing wrong for Buhari to forge & claim scores in subjects for an exam (WASC) he never sat? Is there also nothing wrong for Katsina College to publish Statement of Result for Buhari in respect of an exam you yourself admit he never sat? What do you want IBB & other northerners majority of whom benefitted from the quota system scam, many from Chad/Niger/Mali with fake/forged birth certificates,to say? So instead of clarifying this matter, the best answer, indeed the mantra by APC and its supporters is: "go to Court"? This is the height of shamelessness |
Who believes anything the APC Nation newspapers writes these days? Even if IBB actually made those statements, which is worse: politicizing the Military or corrupting it? A Military that admits people on quota system with letter of recommendation instead of the required certificates? Why don't they just end the matter by producing Buhari's authentic documents instead of running from Pillar to post? |
Osho baba, we are not surprised that NEPA Bill looks like school certificate to you after all birds of the same feather flock together. Your hero has already told us that Western education is sin & Certificates are Haram. Unfortunately, NEPA Bill is infinitely worth more than the useless paper published as Buhari's Statement of Result. You people think it's easy to obtain Ph.D in Zoology because you mistake it for cattle rearing. Secondary School certificate una no get, yet you get mouth to diss Doctorate |
Stop spreading fake & false news. I wonder why you APC Aparatchiks are so in love with anything fake, whether certificates or news |
Don't worry, Buhari won't escape his fraud; the noose is already around his neck & only waiting for Courts to resume. It is not along the lines you are talking about though. APC should continue wasting funds on a candidacy that is dead on arrival |

GEJ is the commander in chief of all forces in Nigeria and it baffles me how a civilian in Buhari can make his government ungovernable while he sits and watch without taking actions. Isn't that a high level of incompetence?
