For those making noise over issues they do not understand. The Ukwa/Ngwa are the majority clan in Abia but since recorded history have never been Governor. They are the most marginalized group in Nigeria. Their situation in Abia is worse than that of the Igbo in Nigeria. Although they are the most hospitable and tolerant clan affording home & security to strangers, they are derided & held in contempt for their kindness. They occupy 9 of Abia's 17 LGAs. The second largest group the Umuahia occupy 3 LGAs. Arochukwu where Dr. Alex Otti comes from constitute just 1 LGA. Politics is a game of numbers. If a people of 9 LGAs who have never been Governor in all their history, particularly his own LGA, OBINGWA decide to come out enmass to vote for their son & make history; what is the surprise in that? The 82000 votes in OBINGWA is less than HALF of the total registered voters. So it is okay for Otti & APGA to just make a frivolous unsubstantiated allegation of rigging & then get votes from Ikpeazu's homeland cancelled? What is the proof? Just mere unfounded allegations? So if Jonathan alleged that Kano's 1.9 million votes and those of Katsina & Jigawa were rigged; they should have been cancelled so that he wins the elections? Ikpeazu has been officially declared winner of the election. Anyone with grievances should head to the Election Tribunal and prove his/her case

What you are hearing differently is the REAL results not the fake nonsense posted here. Just look at the pics of the result sheets & it tells you everything. PDP has already won overwhelmingly in 13 of the 17 LGAs including Aba North/South; Umuahia North/South & ALL 9 Ukwa/Ngwa LGAs

Most of you guys hereon are so gullible: look at the pictures of the alleged result sheets very well; all are written with the same hand writing & same purple ink felt pen. Then, it's on Form EC 60 E instead of form EC8(A) for unit results. SOME HAVE BOTH GOVERNORSHIP & HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY IN ONE RESULT SHEET. Anyway, PDP has already won the relections in Abia State so APGA & their supporters can continue deceiving themselves.

Now did Buhari produce any evidence of Pry. 6 certificate? The days of born-to-rule, we are above the law arrogance is gone. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED when the judgment is handed down. The simple issue for determination is whether Buhari provided EVIDENCE or PROOF to INEC that he meets the educational qualification set out by the Constitution. The answer is either that he did or did not & not all these rantings & fake propaganda on social & regular media. Another issue of course is that if you make a false statement in a document or affidavit submitted to INEC, then S. 31(6) of the Electoral Act disqualifies you. Again, the simple issue here is to determine whether Buhari's statement in an affidavit submitted to INEC that his educational documents are with the Military is true or not in view of the fact that the Military has come out openly and clearly to say that not only do they not have it but have never had it because he joined the Army without it. Suppose then that the Court finds that Buhari made a false statement, what then? APC supporters say no Court or Judge will have the guts to disqualify Buhari because of the trouble that will arise; well we will just have to wait and see. But any APC supporters who just wave away these Court cases as unserious is leaving themselves open to a sucker-punch. I have said before that APC supporters like playing the Ostrich & burying their heads in the sand and nothing has happened to change my mind on that [/color]

The main complaint against the Electronic Voters Card Readers is that it's use is expressly prohibited by Section 52 (1) (b) of the Electoral Act; its use will invalidate the election and create more crises. It is INEC who have been deliberately taking steps to create confusion. People can rant and rave all they want on Nairaland but legal issues will be decided by Courts based on law & it's technicalities and not on sentiments. For instance your GMB is as good as gone; the Court will disqualify him as he refused to do the needful. (Understand me well: he REFUSED to do the needful). Since he stubbornly refused to apply to Cambridge or WAEC or wherever for a copy of his certificate and tender it to INEC as REQUIRED BY LAW, his born-to-rule ARROGANCE will be his undoing. Nigerians did not vote PDP but GEJ. Then Yoruba's were not tagged slaves for trooping out to vote for him en-masse.

They said APC and Buhari promised to make Nigeria ungovernable. My question is why can't these people be arrested if the statements tagged to them were true GEJ is the commander in chief of all forces in Nigeria and it baffles me how a civilian in Buhari can make his government ungovernable while he sits and watch without taking actions. Isn't that a high level of incompetence?

I would be surprised if IBB indeed made the Statements ascribed to him by Tinubu's Nation newspaper. It was IBB himself who revealed the secret to PDP that Buhari has no Certificate when PDP & Jonathan visited him at his Hill-top mansion which was why a day after that visit, the PDP made the controversial statement that the APC candidate is a "semi-illiterate". As you know, IBB loves to play political chess; after all he is the "EVIL GENUIS", remember. Politicizing the military simply means bringing the military into prolitics and the military becoming partisan. In this Certificate saga, I think it is the candidate that submitted an affidavit that his credentials were with the military that unwittingly bring the military into politics. The military is apolitical and will be loyal to anyone that is sworn in as the president. However, I believe the military could have responded directly to INEC if confirmation of the candidate's claim was sought by the Electoral body and not to hold press conference in reaction to street talks. Politicizing the military died on 29 May 1999. Let no coupist tell us about politicizing the miltary. Let us not over react to this certificate issue. It is worthy to note that those at the helm of affairs of the military when GMB joined were not Nigerians but Britons and Indians. If they in their wisdom understand our peculiarities according to region and decided to accept recommendation from principals for recruitment and commissioning, I don't think we will be right to fault them now. They work for the unity and cooperate existence of this nation. Remember there was a time the North was educationally disadvantaged. So if we have to have a Nigerian Armed Forces there must be some give and take unless we want an all-Ibo, all-Yoruba nay all southerners Nigerian Armed Forces, which is impossible. The general did not got commissioned fraudulently as some will want us to believe. His recommendation was accepted by the military selection board. However, is it a sin to declare that your left school before you could sit the final exams as you have already secured admition based on the confidence and recommendation of your school authorities? The military remains apolitical or have you heard them shorting party slogans at their parades?

You are ambivalent & it's difficult to understand where you stand; perhaps you are just sitting on the fence. That Buhari was admitted into the Army based on a letter of recommendation by your British, who in your eyes can do no wrong is just one arm of the equation; by your own admission, which is actually the case, Buhari having joined the Army by letter of recommendation & started his career, never went back to sit for the WASC. Instead what he did, as the Army spokesman explained was that whenever he subsequently needed to fill forms as he progressed through the Military, he filled fictitious scores as his WASC scores but as the Army noted, Buhari never brought any certificates, whether original or copy for sighting & verification by the Army hence there was none in his file. If as you argue, there was nothing wrong with allowing Northerners without certificates to join the Army using letters of recommendation instead in order to ensure that Igbos & Yorubas who were better educated did not monopolize the Army, is there also nothing wrong for Buhari to forge & claim scores in subjects for an exam (WASC) he never sat? Is there also nothing wrong for Katsina College to publish Statement of Result for Buhari in respect of an exam you yourself admit he never sat? What do you want IBB & other northerners majority of whom benefitted from the quota system scam, many from Chad/Niger/Mali with fake/forged birth certificates,to say? So instead of clarifying this matter, the best answer, indeed the mantra by APC and its supporters is: "go to Court"? This is the height of shamelessness

Buhari has no certificate & never did; so let's just wait for Courts to resume. He is toast. Has Buhari ever told anyone what happened to his copy (whether original or otherwise) of the certificates? Before we stop debating the Army saying they don't have it or his old school releasing a forged result, we should first find out why Buhari does not have it himself: is it possible he never had it to begin with? It is possible it never existed. Buhari swore to an affidavit in support of his nomination form but made no averment as to his own copy of his documents but only refered to the copy he said the Army has which they denied having. Again, he held a press conference where he said he will apply to his school since the Army have denied having copies but again, he did not breath a word of what happened to his own copy. The TRUTH is Buhari never sat for WASC in 1961. Before the exams could hold, the Army started recruiting. He got letter of recommendation from his Principal in lieu of the WASC & was admitted to the Army; he proceeded for training & continued in his Military career & never went back to sit for the WASC. Subsequently, whenever he needed to fill a form, he wrote down fictitious WASC scores but as the Army noted, no WASC Certificate or Statement of Result was ever produced to them by Buhari for verification & documentation. That is also the reason the school do not have a duplicate copy of the Statement of Result issued to Buhari in 1961 & had to forge another one. If those classmates of Buhari who actually sat for the WASC in 1961 apply to the school for a CTC of their Statement of Result, the school will simply go through their files, get out that for 1961, bring out that person's duplicate copy, photocopy it, certify it and give it to him. They don't need to start writing another one which then leads to the absurdities we have just seen with Buhari. Go to my school today, a duplicate of the exact same Statement of Result they issued me in 1984 is still there with my Principal's name and signature as it was in 1984. If I want it, they will photocopy it, certify it and give it to me while still retaining that duplicate.

Come on man, why do you peeps always like denying the obvious even when it is staring you in the face? If he stood surety, the debtor would have been a co-defendant. You can only proceed against the guarantor in addition or in the alternative. The borrower would be 1st defendant & the guarantor, 2nd defendant. The process shown above has only D'banj as defendant so though we have not seen the Statement of claim, I think it is safe to assume that he is the debtor: that is if the case is even about a debt. The case could be about anything else for all we know cos you can't see the cause of action for what was pasted.

Fellow Nigerians. Let us not be intimidated by the APC's massive evil, lying, forgery, corrupt Machinery. It is now clear as crystal that APC and their illiterate lying Presidential Candidate, Pa Buhari (BH) is corruption and forgery personified. They have now exposed themselves BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBTS by the fake Statement of Result they just released for Pa BH. My compatriots, when a group and their supporters say "Certificates are not important" while another group says "Western Education is Haram"; are they not of the same philosophy & persuasion? Let me harmonize the points I have highlighted in this discussion so far: (1) The document purporting to emanate from the Katsina State Ministry of Education/Government Secondary School, Katsina is a complete forgery. It purports to be Pa BH's Statement of result but can never be so. Most of us on this forum all went to secondary School too, so take your minds back. After sitting for WAEC, that exams body sends the results of ALL the Students that sat for the exams from a school to that School. The School Authorities then prepare a Statement of Result for each Student in which the scores of each student is set out. This is done on the school's letter-headed paper, signed by the Principal or other appropriate officer and stamped. This is the first official document each student gets of their WAEC result because the WAEC Certificates take between 3-5 years after the exam before they are ready. It is this Statement of Result that most people use in gaining admission to University or employment or recruitment into the Military as the case may be and not even the Certificate which comes later. The point is that this Statement of Result has both an original and duplicates. The School keeps the duplicates while giving the Original to the Student. Today, I have both my WASC Statement of Result on my Secondary School letter-Headed paper and the WAEC issued WASC which I collected some years after I finished Secondary School. THE POINT HERE is that Pa Buhari's old School should have photocopied and certified their office duplicate copy of the Statement of Result which they issued to him in 1961. It will be on the letter-head of the Provincial School as at that time, signed by the appropriate officers as at 1961 & with his passport photograph as at 1961. So when, Pa BH applied for a copy of his Statement of Result from his old School, they only needed to go through the files containing their office duplicate copies of Statement of Results year by year until they get to the file for 1961 where they will find a duplicate copy of Pa BH's Statement of Result issued in 1961, photocopy it, certify it and give it to him. The only place the date of 2015 will appear is on the certification stamp. This worthless document provided by Pa BH is a forgery. If he lost his original Statement of Result issued in 1961 having his passport photo as at then, did his School also loose their own copy that led them to purportedly prepare another document in 2015 instead of photocopying and certifying the Statement of Result they issued him in 1961? (2) The current forged document being celebrated by Pa BH's supporters was purportedly based on a "Cambridge printout" of results for WASC of 1961. I have already pointed out in my earlier contributions that this is another shameless falsehood. Cambridge University had no links or role whatsoever in the conduct or certifying of WASC as at 1961. While it is true that Cambridge & London Universities started the organization & conduct of the WASC examinations, the Colonial Governments in Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia established by Ordinances, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in 1952. From 1952 WAEC, an independent body totally took over the conduct and certification of WASC. So in 1961, it was WAEC and not Cambridge University that conducted the exams purportedly taken by Pa BH. It had absolutely nothing to do with Cambridge and so any so-called "Cambridge printout" is a total forgery. (3) To make matters worse, the purported Cambridge printout from where the Katsina Ministry of Education/Secondary School obtained the data it published as the Statement of Results for Pa BH, contains the name of Shehu Musa Yar'Adua as a candidate for the WASC of 1961. Again this is complete and utter falsehood. Yar'Adua joined the Army in 1959 and by 1964 he had already graduated from Sandhurst in England. There was therefore no way he could have sat for the WASC with Pa BH in 1961 which is two years after he had already joined the Army. It is clear that Pa BH is not a man of honor; he built his entire career on falsehood and deceit. He is still thriving on deceiving Nigerians by pretending anti-corruption credentials while hobnobbing with some of the most corrupt & certificate forging Nigerians like Tinubu, Atiku, Amaechi, etc. Mentioning his name and anti-corruption in the same breath is a travesty. He swore to an affidavit on Oath that ALL his documents were with the Army. When the Army burst that lie from the pit of hell, he recanted and said he swore to that oath on an "assumption". He then proceeded to assume that his school has them and promised to get it from them. But alas, the school does not have a copy of the exact Statement that was allegedly issued to him by them in 1961; instead, they quickly forged another mockery of a document in January 2015 purportedly based on data from a fictitious "Cambridge printout". Today, my child from Southern Nigeria will score 200 marks in exams to the Unity Schools but will not be offered admission but the child from Katsina will score 10 and be admitted. The same applies for recruitment into the Military. It is through this corrupt-ridden quota system that the likes of Pa BH were recruited into the MIlitary based on mere recommendation without any certificate but their fellow country men who already had superior results were denied. APC supporters on this forum want us to leave this issue and discuss "more serious matters". The fact that their candidate is a deceiver whose entire career is built on forgery is not a serious issue to them. They parrot "change" and "anti-corruption" like a mantra but are only making a caricature, parody and mockery of themselves and their candidate. If Pa BH becomes President tomorrow (God forbid), merit will be thrown out of the window: favored cronies will get juicy appointments, contracts and patronage on mere recommendation while qualified compatriots will be told by the likes of Dr. Abayomi that certificates are not important. People will use affidavits in place of certificates to rise to the next level. THAT IS THE REAL "CHANGE" we will see with a government formed by Tinubu and acolytes. So a paper on the letter-headed paper of the Katsina State Ministry of Education listing alleged subjects and scores of one MOHAMMED (not MUHAMMADU) Buhari with the picture of a 50 year old man now equals a WASC Certificate? APC is descending to the pits of ridicule. So, if the Lagos State Ministry of Education publishes a paper today setting out the alleged scores of an alleged candidate at the final exams of LASU, that candidate can present it for a job interview as his B.Sc Certificate from LASU?
