The one that was once dubbed the largest party in Africa will today be cemented as the most useless corrupt inept inconsequential party of Nigeria when they are finally kicked out of the Southwest completely. How has the mighty fallen; from being the [overrated] most formidable national party to being the derelict party of igbos. Southwest today officially rejects PDP completely, the Southeast can have PDP to themselves since they love it so dearly. Today will mark the re-start and kickstart of Awolowo’s dream - A Politically United Yoruba Region! The Qin Dynasty united China and today they are better for it. Today, the ACN (aka APC Southwest) is making history and uniting the Southwest region - and definitely, the Yoruba race will become tremendously better for it! Time to unify the Southwest under one political canopy. We don’t want that evil corrupt vision-less criminals party PDP in The Southwest anymore. PDP can have the Southeast. APC winning Ekiti state today is critical to the establishment of a Yoruba nation on the right footing, because Nigeria’s separation is inevitable - only a matter of time! Enough is enough, only Lagos, Ogun, Oyo can’t be developing symmetrically, the development of the other Southwest states must be inclusive and proportional. Every Southwest state must become a “Silicon Valley”. No thug should be governor in any Southwest state anymore, only technocrats, capitalists and doyens of industry with a caring heart to serve their people and move them forward to chart new frontiers of greatness. MrMcJay: Your friend made a dire mistake of going back to the firm and insisting on not leaving until payment. Once the ex-boss refused payment, he should have just walked away to make a case defrauded salary with the police. That was the civilized way to go about it without putting himself in a situation of physical assault / harassment. The bounced cheque was sufficient to win in court. A lawyer should know this. But he chose to do it the ‘gangster’ way of approaching the office, and trespassing the boss’s space after being told to leave and not complying (and possibly with harsh verbal exchanges). So he put himself in this unfortunate situation. He should have handled it better as a trained lawyer, not some uneducated villager. No matter what the outcome is, those hard slaps and other physical assaults can never be undone or reversed. He could have won easily if he went about it in a civilized manner. It’s not all battles you fight for yourself; some battles like this, all you need is to tender evidence, press charges and let the law fight for you. And for those Nigerians clamoring for State Police, this is just the tip of the tip of the tip of the iceberg that is a mountain of solid ice rising from the ocean’s bed. If the police ever gets under the control of the state governors / States, not only will there be disparity in their operational modus operandi across the country, but the police will also be used as the attack bulldog of the politicians and elite class to assault and subdue and oppress anyone they like, especially the middle-class and poor.
