emmyN:No please, I don't want the kids to be taken from their father, but as legally provided, she should be given unhindered access to them as often as practicable, which is not the case. Ordinarily, by law in case of separation, a woman has the right of primary custody of all the children that are less than 6yrs old which is why FFK is trying hard but has failed to prove that she's insane. And I ask you sincerely, is she in your judgment more insane than others who have right to their kids even here on this platform? The law recognize the place of tender care which only women can provide for children less than 6yrs. I know for a fact that Precious is not as financially strong as FFK to take care of those guys but she's still richer than many NLander's parents and no one took them from their parents. FFK is trying very well, he's provided one nanny and one nurse each for those kids from birth, I mean there are minimum of 4nannies and 4nurses staff in that house, but that can't be absolute enough to write their mother out of their equation. So my point is...when people are in trauma whether by their making or by chance, don't pretend as if they're not human or you're not! |
I am sure ffk knows where idle lousy minds with hungry tummies are and has employed an arrowhead to mobilize his cohorts on this forum...there's nothing else that can explain the load of lots with unsound commentaries on the pains of a young lady who is apparently suffering because someone thinks he has all the power and can oppress her. I didn't come from a broken home but I know people who do, I don't have an unfortunate marriage but not everyone has been that lucky. It is painful to see the level degradation of sanity and high level of cruelty of people who can't reason things soundly before rushing to comment. Precious could be your sister and I'm sure however she got to that man's house whether out of greed or ill-advice wouldn't matter when analyzing the fact that she's now suppose to be called a mother and her kids are simply far away because the man is an emperor. A mother is in trauma and you can't understand it, simply because your sense of humanity is lost in asshvle jokes, sensation and lousy bandwagon reasoning. I even saw a hoe calling her a bvtch..what an oxymoron from a mvrvn! |
You should be slapped hard in the presence of your primary school teacher cos you're very dull minded..as a man, your brain should process things deep and your mouth talk soundly. Hangmnk: |
https://www.nairaland.com/6177328/endsars-tale-two-governors-jide/1#94887621 I remember some people were hailing his paper order to the Lagos CP during endsars and were vilifying Makinde for saying he's helpless with the police. NL boys like to mastvrbate on sensations. I don't know how else to explain the fact that one of the reasons why some people are asking for true federalism is because some resources, like Police, are controlled from the centre. The governor in a true federal system would have had his own state police and would have been able to give orders. BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE FOR NOW. You can't give order to someone working with an order from above. tesppidd: |
purpose32:Ignoramuses are getting old enough to have kid brothers, but their exposure and education are not matching up! It is a challenge. Your kid brother has guided your mind, it's up to you to choose whether you want to hide and learn or you want to continue with what you know. For the avoidance of doubts, whereas a Governor is called the CSO of his state, he simply partners with the federal security agencies in the state especially the CP, the latter reasons with him and not take final orders from him especially when there's a clash of federal & state interest. |
You made a very logical point in the latter part of your note, but that logicality isn't human! If you're in the convoy of the CP of a state and such happens, you're going to tear the cloth of those guards already. No CP worth his salt will allow such affront against the Police as an institution slide..stop making this look like a movie scenario! bitbillionaire: |
For the first time in modern history, Ibadan land woke up to no traditional drum beating in anyone's house as the King...what a worrisome development! High Chief Sen. Lekan Balogun is like a man who has been told he'll find a golden coin but when it delayed, he presented himself with a metal and ran to the marked line. If the throne had been politically desecrated the way Sen Abiola Ajimobi and his henchmen were going about it with the connivance of some power drunk High Chiefs like Uncle Lekan, would there be any stool to dream of again? I'll give the King stool to High Chief Sen Rasheed Ladoja if I were the Governor, there's something called forthrightness in leadership, a king must be seen to have such as a primary trait. |
nnamdi640:Which of the civilized countries are you referring to? I'll hope it's Pluto! You took the discussion as low as comparing Magodo with Aso Rock, you must be happy that today is world masquerade day. |
bitbillionaire:Armed robbers dress like the State Police Commissioner? Are you hearing yourself or you're in a movie? Your anger against the police is so beclouding your sense of reasoning. |
MuchAdo:I'm surprised that educated young minds on NL will be supporting the security guards in this clear case of affront either solely carried out or under the instructions of someone who's trying to drag the CP. The CP of a state is the chief security guard in the state whether genuine or counterfeit, any guard trying to stop him is doing that at a risk! how's that hard to understand? If they send you on errands as a slave, you must know how to deliver it as a freeborn..those guys acted like dunce and their supporters are not any better than them. |
Untrained and overzealous security guards stopped a Commissioner of Police, not just any CP, but the one in charge of that very State moving with the paraphernalia of office...and our anger against just anything will not make us see the depth of unsoundness of their decision! Whereas it may be stories for the gods to say CP was there to see someone for security reasons, he's within known norms to move anywhere within Lagos territory unhindered and It won't take 5mins for a sound security guard out of the minimum of four at the gate to seek express permission from the head of whichever committee in charge of that gate to allow the CP a passage if not for affront! If your education and exposure won't allow you separate issues and judge matters on their merit, what difference does that make to the world? |

I've always wondered where the second survivor is..we only know there were two survivors, I hope someone knows the whereabout of the second person. |
CSTRR:When you think you have seen all the dumbness in the world, then one of the last breeds of the dumbest shows up from the blues. Chai, Nairaland with so many opinionated ignoramuses.
|
BluntTheApostle:Pls what is your point actually? Falana Chamber's Lagos office alone has more 20 Lawyers and about the same number doing apprenticeship & attachment. You insinuate they're all dull minds, right? Or they don't deserve exposure? So you want him to carry every case file to court personally, when he can always provide guidance to the younger lawyers even in those cases that you call high profile? |
Tinubuadvocate:Have you reasoned the number of "poor man case" that may likely be on that man's table daily? Last time I checked he's still human and not a robot! We most times get carried away with our problems that we think others don't have theirs. Well, I should say that your pain and unjust assessment is not universal, Falana Chamber helped my friend to secure judgment in a monumental case of custody. My friend didn't have enough money, the case is not in the media, yet Falana did it. A good lawyer is also a human being like you & I, they work with just 24hrs a day, with his family and life to care for. Don't vilify the people trying to save others from problems caused by others. Get a wig & join him so that you both can save the world.

Breaking: Akeredolu defeats Jegede at Appeal Court. The Court of Appeal in Akure has dismissed the petition filed by Mr Eyitayo Jegede (SAN), the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the October 2020 governorship election of Ondo State against the election of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC). Reading the lead judgment, Justice Theresa Ngolika Orji-Abadua, said the case filed by Jegede lacks merit. https://www.starnews.com.ng/breaking-akeredolu-defeats-jegede-at-appeal-court/

Thank you for being a succour, I had feared I might not get anyone who can think thru these issues without populism and unnecessary rhetorics! At every given time, ACEGID prides itself in having at least 6 under30 PhD researchers and Nairaland has nothing less than 600,000 under40 PHD (Pull Him Down) commentators, its a pathetic narrative! Pavillon: |
I too know is seen on every line of your crappy note..Nigerian youths have bulldozers but will prefer to use hole to clear ignorance, why not visit ACEGID website to know how far instead of catching fun with gibberish? That Prof and that centre have rescued Nigeria from so many disasters..get knowledge thru simple researches! Esseite: |
You stole my diary! They're angry with a good man who has a clear vision and he's delivering on his election promises just because they've handed over leadership of their own nation to "god"! One thing is sure, America will miss their Trump..Nigeria won't miss theirs! IgweBUIKE1: |
Anyone that understands failed and unaccountable leadership will understand why a Nigerian should love Trump! ~ His campaign promises are not later twisted to suit any new narrative..he said America first and we saw that, he promised to take American embassy to Jerusalem he did it, he promised to make immigration difficult for people, his govt turned me and my family down and denied us Visa. That's promise keeping and integrity ~ His leadership is decisive and coherent. You can't see Secretary of State saying something and the NSA saying another, not to talk of Military and Police leadership rivalry at the detriment of citizen's safety. ~ He's visible! A good number of Americans are on social media and he talks thru the media regularly even on "mundane" things. He's not denying human right under guises of regulations. ~ His plans are clear and sharp, "America first" even his enemies understand that. So you're either in cabinet performing according to plans or out of the office even thru Twitter sack. ~ He kept his economy afloat and kept the people safe from internal and external aggression. He's a bully with some swag and a man with some purpose. Space won't permit me talk too much, DRIVE BACK HOME FROM THE ABOVE AND SEE WHY SOME NIGERIANS LIKE TRUMP meipsum1: |
You're one very big fat f**l and it should worry your generation that you're still having a phone without a nanny to help you! I suspect your parents are part of the looters of Nigeria's commonwealth Did you see palliative in Aisha's house? Did she write the president's speech or you see her in SARS uniform? Does she have babariga to carry dollars? So her offense now is that despite having her children in the same school as the children of the who is who, she decided to speak up so that you and your generation can have a life? It is not surprising to see dry heads like you hailing your stupidity forward. You're so unfortunate. SilverNorGold: |
