Is working in the Petroleum sector enough to make anyone very rich?
Well, every politician was very rich before getting into government or public service. Let us do away with any "fight" against corruption. It makes no sense.
Disband EFCC and ICPC asap.
dont mind the hypocrites

didnt diezani work with SHELL?
why then are they chasing her up and down

I am an unapologetic Atiku supporter but I find it strange when some people speak as if Tinubu is suppose to becoming poor or his wealth should be less because he was once a governor. That is absolutely nonsense. He has been out of office since 2007, are his detractors suggesting that he should suddenly become poor as an ex-governor or not do business and prosper out of office?? Some people should receive brain.
why are u digressing

was he as rich as now?
have u ever seen him with bullion van before now?
i am waiting for ur answer

Akuko!!! na today?

that was how we were waiting for justice in Osun before the judiciary finally used unfair technicalities to deliver judgement instead of looking into the main case
dont worry before ten months time when the final judgement would have been delivered other events would have overtaken it or we would have outrightly forgotten about the killing events of these elections.

Just look at the names of those mocking him sha. They've started wailing on behalf of the people of Bayelsa as usual. Same way they've been wailing on behalf of the entire South South for five years. cheesy

One thing folks don't understand about the average South Southener is that good spoken english isn't their forte. I served in Delta state and can tell you without mincing words pidgin is their official language of choice even in the government house!

Jonathan, despite having a Ph. D, makes unpardonable grammatical blunders (eg, how much did Jim Nwobodo stole), and that of Mamma Peace is stuff of legend. See Efe, see Omashola, etc. It is simply their thing, so, no one should crucify Lyon for this. Let his works speak for him. wink
but u are from south west why are u putting mouth in south south matters. HYPOCRITE

Don't kill yourself over nothing. She is the first lady! If you think she is not qualified, go remove her. As for the speech incident, she doesn't appear uneducated. Her pronunciation was not bad. It proves that she can actually read.
I am pretty sure she was either stage-frightened, or the speech was poorly constructed, or she has sight defects. But to say she is illiterate, hey, only a dumb embittered person would conclude such about her after seeing the video.
presentation skills are still part of the English language

if her speech was poorly presented? please tell me the name of the speech writer so that we can blame her if not we will continue to blame the person who read it out without proof reading it

If you have good skills in comprehending information you would see I wasn't supporting Apc
u tried to balance the equation between the two evils
you suppose to condemn this current evil and blame only those who refuse to sign the electoral bill and whose buck stops on their table to prevent it

APC as the ruling party should be able to stop rigging both from PDP and APC and not to join in the fray
dont drag PDP into it because they are powerless in this case.
u cant find a solution if u keep playing blame games.
somebody must be held accountable for things to move forward if not we will just be running round circles

oga let's tell ourselves the truth

I Know Apcheat is the worse thing dat happened to this country

but you can't tell me that Pdthief too didn't rig in the just concluded kogi and bayelsa election

the best rigger won the election and Apcheat has federal power so they rigged more

besides if Pdthief had won the election they won't be making all these noise

Apcheat Pdthief they are one

na the common man go always dey suffer
trying to be smart by half

so it was PDP that used helicopter to tear gas voters
is it not APC 's DUTY to properly police the elections?

i bet u if PDP used thugs they would have arrested and paraded them
pls u should also back down from supporting evil

They didn't foist their culture on us.We see our language and culture as inferior hence the adoption of their language.

Hong Kong is colonised by The British buh 70%of the population still speak cantonese(chinese language),even the 30% that speaks English language isn't fluent or perfect in it.Their politicians use their local Language to deliver public speak.
What i'm trying to say in essence is that English is just a language(means of communication)and not a measure of intelligence.....

I'm not perfect in it buh i finished with second class upper(3.97cgpa).I barely speak English language when conversing with people unless i know you don't understand my local language(igbo)
we are saying the same thing
hong kong is white skin thats why they are able to organise their language to be in the fore front
blacks are yet to organise themselves likewise.
who do u blame?
but before we are able to organise ourselves for our languages to be in the fore front lets be making do with the organised language

tell me the african black country that is making use of their local dialect as their official lingua franca
NB : I am Igbo too and also a second class upper product

This law is good

but this is still my suggestion

lets go electronic voting with our NIN (National Identity Numbers) as a check against manipulations
with it u can vote with ur phones
those without phones will vote on an INEC stationed machines with their numbers

the NIN numbers will serve as a check against double voting and rigging

this will totally eliminate thuggery, ballot snatching, killings, reduce court cases . court cases will even be easier to decide without much complications
it will enhance good governance because the elected official will know that u will be voted out if u dont perform and the citizens will be the better for it
it will no longer be a game of who is the best killer and federal might

I only asked a question sir. It is the husband who is the elected official here. whatever office she holds is ceremonial by virtue of been married to him and no special competency or best brains like you posited in your previous post is required.

As for your "shame on you Nigeria youth'', it is highly uncalled for as I see no correlation here.

English is just a language... can you speak or read Swahili? can the British read or write Yoruba,Igbo or Hausa?? if not then there is no shame if you can't read in English also.
I hate this type of defence u are putting up. It's too shalow
did anybody force her to read in English?
Even the Swahili u are talking about has rules governing it

Why didn't she write and read in the language she understands

While Atiku remains the evergreen face of crooks in government.

Between what Jonathan has done to wailers and what Baba did to them in 2015, I wonder which is more painful to them. Jonathan is your quintessential tick on a balls. There is just nothing these angry little birds can do about him since their rallying cries which are "he is Yoruba, he is Hausa, he is Fulani, he is a Northerner or he is Muslim" just doesn't apply to this case.

Very terrible dillema to find oneself. Reason why we've always encouraged them to eschew politics of tribe, religion and hate. Now see how tied their hands are. cheesy

Sakamaje:
If true, then this represents a serious indictment on Seyi Makinde as being just another typical politician, contrary to the 'good boy' narrative his supporters have been projecting. Sunday igboho is a reputed PDP thug. A much feared and very 'jazzed-up' one at that. The guy has plenty blood on his hands.

This simply implies that both the PDP and APC are complicit in the mayhem and violence that defined that 'civil war' of an election.

All politicians are sakamaje.
why is ur party shying away from signing the electoral bill
