also , when the price goes down in the int'l market with the attendant lower subsidy spending by the govt. Do u know that this same govt will also use that as an excuse to increase the pump price citing low revenue for the govt, that they want to increase revenue for railways and payment of salaries, they will cunningly start to owe salaries
