I love Akpabio...one of the few genuine leaders from SS. The stadium he built with lesser resources is the currently the best in the west africa sub region... The roads he built is still standing compared to what that drunkard...former gov of Rivers state...or that weakling gov of Lagos built. I used these states because going by the stats that describes the richer states in Nigeria, these two stands out even though Lagos is a debtor state.
