I have a girlfriend who's been with me for 2 years, she's a very good girl, respects me to the core, she is beautiful and has no faults, she loves me so much and has also suffered with me even when there was no money and we've been through it all, she's every man's dream and a complete wife material in terms of character and also a great chef.

Problem is I am not sexually attracted to her, I can be in same room with her for a week and not touch her, even when she's totally naked running around the house.

I'm only attracted to light skin girls with big ass but she's chocolate and average ass, I don't want a sexually boring marriage.

Funny thing is, all those 2 million area, some associated bills might still show up that you won't ever envisage and the agents won't tell u so consider your options carefully ....

To me, staying in low brow area is a great way to save money ... rather than dashing away your hard earned money to these agents

Knowing that rent on the island is quite high, I focused my search on Main land .

Omo, the cheapest room and parlor apartment I found was ₦1.2M, with a total package of ₦1.6M. Another agent even quoted ₦2M as the total package for the same type of apartment.

I’d love to get some insight into how much you all are paying to see if these agents are overpricing or trying to rip me off.

Also, if you have any advice on renting in Lagos for a JJC like me, please share.

In our former place, one single mother wants to borrow money without giving it back ... infact, we got so familiar that if her gas finish, she would come beg us to use our cooking gas ... na we cause am ... we learnt the hard way ...

In current our place, i stay upstairs but u see the neighbours downstairs, won't light up (put bulb) on the path that leads to their apartment but wetin concern me? They recently killed a snake that almost bit one of their kids ... u know, i came back from work to see them all gathered ... but you will think they will be sensible enough to buy 1k bulb so as to avoid walking in the dark after what happened but na lie, till now, they don't care ... me sef just face front ... the day snake bites someone, that's when they will learn ...

Bro, caution your people against having interactions with your troublesome neighbours ... if possible, avoid spreading clothes when the others will ... if u have a washing machine, spin those clothes till they will need just 10 mins sun to dry ...

As per those clips thing, mark all your clips or study what they are using ... buy something waaay different and avoid borrowing from them ...

There's this guy that just got married where I stay the wife wanted to collect clips from my cousin sister and she said she doesn't have, she started saying that she doesn't want to bring it out. Next thing she hot in and brought out the clips which wasn't even enough for her to clip her kids clothes.

Now according to her, she saw some clips which she collected from our neighbor and discovered our clips inside it. She wanted to take it this woman was saying she shouldn't on that she wasn't the one that gave her clips.

Just Thus evening I receive a call that there was a confrontation before my sister and this neighbor of ours. Now my sis said after the woman dropped the clips outside after use, she decided to remove our own from inside mind you the neighbor that gave out the clips is very close to us.

Now this woman came out and said that my sister should go inside and bring out the clips so she can hand them over,and she told her that the clips are ours next thing she started raising her voice at her, the neighbor came and then she joined her saying my sister is very stingy and that she's wicked because of clip oh and these two women are from the same tribes they started speaking their language.

My sister got so infuriated she started throwing insults at this lady when she went outside to start unclipping our clothes knowing fully well that our clips mixed. Immediately my sister started shouting and she said she's mad. Immediately this lady as if it's a plan she started throwing blows pushing and looking for objects. She said she refused to be calm and immediately she tried to defend herself from her after then a series of dragging. They were eventually calm and me myself am in shock over the whole issue that is why I'm here.

After I came and I was told I blamed her for telling her she's mad afterall, and still told her that it's her over familiarity that brought about all these.

She shares everything with this lady, clothes, food yet she is calling her stingy. I thank God she didn't bring up this thing I just said now in the quarrel to give them what to say.

I think I have brought a particular topic about this lady earlier, that she is actually ungrateful.

Now I'm scared for myself and my cousin after their tribes person told her to be careful and still blamed her for bringing herself low for them.

I need your advice on how to handle this issue for now I have told her anything with any of them should end whether she greets them or not is not my business.

I need more input please and also more advices just in case I'm wrong.

I know how many haters I get for this platform and I know how many people are always waiting to mock me.

I work primarily as a graphics designer design logo, fliers, animation, banner and once once I dey run Photoshop for boys( no blame me na hungry finish me so I no fit say no).

I am starting to get myself together financially after 5 years of struggle, I recently rented an apartment, its a single room in a three storey building but it's downstairs,very spacious and I have to share toilet and bathroom with the security.I initially wanted to get an apartment in ikorodu or mowe ibafo but considering the nature of my job it would be too stressful for me .
It's cost me 400k to get the room and I plan furnishing it,getting a flat screen television and at least a sofa,I already have a big bed,I believe i will be able to do the rest this year by God's grace.
Getting accommodation in Lagos is too hard and I think planning to get another bigger apartment would take another two years Or more I am tired of plotting and planning again as time is going ,we dey age everyday so I just want to stick with this one get settle down here and rather plan building my own house from here instead.
I have not hinted my girlfriend about the plan yet so I would like to hear advise from the more experienced people here

I rented a self contained apartment last year March at 70ķ. On February, this year, the landlord called to tell me that my rent has expired. I told him that my rent will expire on March but he insisted so I told him okay. I also told him that I will be paying by the end of March and he agreed. I argued that the duration of notice is short. So we couldn't settle, so he ended the call. I later found out that three people were engineering him to increase his rent or throw me out. These three people are close to me. I feel betrayed and looking for another accommodation. Ì wanted to stay because of the yard, we are just two tenants and I have a small garden of cassava.
I spoke with the landlord 8 days ago and we settled and 110k. Just today, he has changed and now demanding 120k. Ìt is getting out of my budget and too, having those three friends around isn't giving me happiness anymore. I am confused.

In life, one must learn to tolerate people for peace to reign. Though peace is not necessarily the absence of conflict. But managing conflict is crucial and critical to harmonious coexistence amongst people especially your immediate neighbors.
As an introvert, I like being alone and try as much as I can to avoid issues. Whenever I perceive trouble looming, I do everything to avert it. I believe in building good relationships with people cos nobody knows tommorow. Besides, your neighbors are like your security, they help watch over you. In fact they are your first family.
I have a neighbor who is doing pretty better than me. He and his girlfriend(a live-in lover) come to borrow stuffs from me. Sometimes, little money. Most times, household equipments and electrical appliances. But when they do, they fail to return them. As for the little money they come to borrow, they don't return it and I also don't ask. My major issue is my pressing iron and Mortar. Once they come to get my mortar, they don't return it after use. I will have to go get it from them before I can cook. They have NEVER borrowed and returned without me going by myself to collect it back. There are times I go and not meet anyone of them at home, then I get stranded and unable to cook my food. I don't use powdered pepper to cook, it's fresh pepper, onion and crayfish I pound whenever I'm cooking, and sometimes, okpehe. Same issue with the pressing iron. We all know how NEPA operate. Nobody knows when the lights will come on or go off, so whenever there's light, I try to iron a few clothes. But most times, I won't be able to do so because the iron is locked inside their room and they are not home. This attitude of theirs is really pissing me off. Mind you, I don't have any issue giving my things to neighbors. My only issue is why don't they return it after use? These are adults who are way older than me for crying out loud. I'm not good at handling issues with diplomacy whenever I'm angry. I just blow up whenever I've had it to the brim.
There was a day I needed to iron a dress for work, Its a dress code for a particular day. I had returned home late that day and forgot the pressing iron was with me and I slept off. When the light was restored in the middle of the night, I woke up to get the clothes ironed but remembered they had borrowed my iron the previous day. I couldn't go to wake them up that night and before daybreak, NEPA had seized the light. I ended up not using the dress code meant for that day, my boss issued me a query and also fined me for flouting the rule.
As I write, my mortar is still with them and has being with them for a week now. I'm planning on retrieving it soon and once I do, I will never give them again. Leaving the mortar with them means they know I don't cook always and I see it as me allowing them to know too much of me. I have a girlfriend who's a baby mama that comes around once in a while and she's really not happy about this. She said it's because I'm too gentle and soft that's why I'm being treated this way.

I feel disrespected.

I have switched to GLO 1TB...still available before they jacked it up. My unlimited 20MBPS will lapse early March. If I can use my GLO for 5 months, I'm still within that 20k fee.
