And me, i watch lorry loads of tiktok, download heavy files etc and all this take place at same time....

There are network issues sometimes o but its just like 1 to 3 hours ....

Once u pay 30k for the purchase of the router, 1 month speed based plan comes with it.

I think as a programmer, you shouldn't be bothered about your data finishing cos u might need to pick some stuffs online at anytime while working so, it makes more sense to just go unlimited jeje and forget about "data is about to finish" and all those wahala jare ...

I don't really bother my head again about data limit ... i just ensure i target when money dey and i subscribe to extend the validity

You pay 30k, airtel give us a 5G router with 2 options of either speed based or data based plan.

The data based plan is about 20k for 240gb for 30 days

The other option is speed based plans:

20mbps for 20k monthly
40mbps for 35k monthly
60mbps for 50k monthly

Na the 20mbps plan i opted for and i've been using it since December 2023 ....

Go to Airtel office or authorised agent with 30 or 35k and also, carry your nepa bill, means of (drivers license, Intl passport etc)

They will fix up in 30mins with a 5g router and u opt for the speed based plan which is 20k monthly.

The 1st month is free for 30 days. U pay 20k subsequently

JUNE/JULY UPDATE:

The price for the router has been jacked up to about 65 to 75k, depending on your location

I've watched the videos, mostly, are russian ak and used up shoulder mounted rocket launchers ... nothing new

Mtn wan finish my finances ... i will subscribe to 20gb, its won't last 1 week ... i started becoming broke and at a point, my wife dey give me one kain eye whether i dey get another wife outside ... not until she got to know say na mtn ....

Now, I use the Airtel 5G unlimited internet .... speed based ... limited to 20mbps ... and January alone, i used over 650gb (I was carrying some stock footage packs, my wife was enjoying facebook instagram videos, my son streaming youtube 247) ...

All this for 20k monthly .... Waaaaaaay berra than the shege barawo mtn dey do us!

They also have 40mbps for 35k and 60mbps for 50k which i don't need for now!

I have only run it for lesser than 5 hours 30 mins. and have lost half tank already. I bout fuel N1600 10 litres.

Alright... So I got in touch with OnyeArsenal and together we unlocked my Airtel 5G router remotely last night. I didn't have to take it anywhere. The unlock was done over the internet from my computer while I just sat and watched after giving him access. Also, it only took a few minutes.

I recommend his service, and though the "payment before unlock" condition may make some people skeptical, I assure you that he delivers.

You do have to note that there are some caveats to unlocking this router; maybe there's a fix but after the unlock the "USSD" option is now unsupported and doesn't work. But I'm not bothered since with the root login I can get something even better - that is SMS.

You also have to note that the user admin dashboard will no longer be as default, there'll be a few missing options, though you'll still find these options and many more by logging in as the root user.

All in all, I say you should go ahead and have your router unlocked as long as you're not in any contract with AIrtel that prevents you from doing so. It's just a much more lovely and interesting experience when you do.

You don't need to stress yourself about this matter....

So recently I got a job which office is situated on the island of Lagos but I live on the mainland. My current job is also on the island but it is hybrid which makes me convenient for me to do some little errands to earn money to survive.

The problem is that the pay in the offer letter which is between 100 to 110k is not what we discussed during the interview, it is half of the amount I told them. I am about to reject the offer as I can't keep up with it and I am planning to reject it politely.

If I remove daily transport and feeding from it, I will be  less with less than 15k and this is not a 3 square meal routine. It is barely a 2 square meal on a 1k per day. Tfare will take me like 1700 per day and it means I can't save any dime on this money.

My current job expires this month and the pay is the same with this new one but just that it is hybrid, I don't have to go to work everyday as I can work from home and also go to office. It is favourable as I could save some money and also attend to the responsibilities on my neck like house rent, utility bills, and family things, mind you, I am not married and I do not have a girlfriend.

Also I am running an ICAN programme that will consume money and time but the issue is that the money offered by this new job can only cover up for my tfare and feeding...

I am about to reject the offer but I need nairalanders opinion, am I making the right decision?

I am still applying for more role... I work as a finance personnel and I have more than a year experience.

To be honest, my interest would have to secure a position in an auditing firm as a trainee. I have no experience in auditing but I want to build a career in this profession before I finish my ICAN programme but the problem is that I am yet to get the opportunity.

I am a fast learner as in very fast learner,Communicate excellently, pay attention to details and I enjoy multitasking.

I suffer severe menstrual cramps and it's really taking a tow on me. Like I no longer look forward to having my menses because of the pain and discomfort that comes with it.

The only thing that stops the cramps is felvin but it makes the flow three times heavier than normal to the point that I'll start feeling dizzy. The last one scared me cos after taking felvin, on the second day I was changing diaper every 5 mins. (Yes I use diaper cos pad no longer holds my flow. ) At a point I stood up and it's as if the whole blood in my system gushed out and I nearly passed out. So I said I wasn't going to use felvin again.

Now, I didn't use felvin this time and the flow is normal but I've been crying from pain since yesterday. It's like labor pain and im tempted to take felvin but when I remember what happened the last time, I'll ditch the idea.

Please what can I use to stop the pain that will not increase the flow? Please help with remedies that work.

Stay away from sugar or sugar based drinks once it's 3 or 5 days to your moi moi showing up ....
