The beauty of Islam is that; God has clearly stated it in the Quran the way he wants His creatures(human beings) to live and behave on earth.. With this, muslims are already saved from doubts and confusion disturbing the minds of others. Concerning the people you are free to marry, take your time to read what God said in the Quran :

“It is forbidden for you to marry: your mothers; your daughters; your sisters; your maternal aunts; your paternal aunts; nieces from the brother’s or sister’s side; your foster mothers who have suckled you, and your foster sisters; your mothers-in-law; the stepdaughters who are in your care from women with whom you have consummated marriage, but if you have not consummated your marriage to them then you are not to blame."

"Also forbidden to you in marriage are the wives of your biological sons and marrying two sisters at the same time. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. Also forbidden are women who are already married, except what your right hands possess. These prohibited degrees of marriage are Allah’s commandment imposed on you.
(Chapter 3, Verse 24)

Marrying outside the options above is a sin.

Yes, please. You can split your tithes into as many fraction as you deem fit as long as it sums up to your tithe. Personally, I can't remember the last time I paid tithe to a parish. I pay to struggling men of God, widows and even to the orphanage.
The bible or Quran does not explicitly state that tithes must be paid to churches.

The Quran clearly mentioned the 8 kinds of people tithes should be paid to :
"Tithes are only for the poor, and the needy, the officials appointed over them, and those whose hearts are inclined to the true religion, for paying ransom for captives, and those in debts, and in the way of Allah, and the traveller; an ordinance from Allah; and Allah is all-knowing, all-wise."
Surah Taubah, Chapter 9, Verse 60.

As for the woman, her waiting period is decisively established in the Qur’an. Allah Most High says, “Divorced women must wait for three monthly periods before remarrying” [Quran chapter 2 verse 228]. And “If any of you die and leave widows, the widows should wait for four months and ten nights before remarrying.” [Quran chapter 2 verse 234]

The explanations given above by God in his holy book are for divorced women and the widow respectively.

It's not a must. You can suit yourself and do nicely. You only become a success if you set a realistic goal in your job and achieve it. Like doing your work excellently.

However, the reason people preach and emphasize on building a business is to create a financial security you can fall back on in case the future isn't really favourable to your job,you need security over your future. Anything can go wrong anytime in a job.

Well, there are things you can do sideways that can still give you more comfort without affecting your job. Smart, great people build security over their lives.
