seuncyber:Biggest mistake ever. The court will first grant them 6months of extra stay. And adjourn the case till 2019. By them your tenant would have stayed extra 3years without payment. If this your tenant is in Lagos, I heard there's a new alternative to suing to court. |
I have observed that |

OP, do not fret. i bought an RX 350 and in less than 2 weeks, i saw this too.. It appears whenever i pass through a very bad spot (gallop). Initially, I was scared as hell, but when i read reviews online, I was informed it's just a sensor problem. the sensor is slighltly loose from manufacture. The solution is just to clear off the road and put off your engine. Wait for 10 seconds, and start your car...They will disappear.... its just because of our bad roads...... It has nothing to do with poor maintenance as some people suggest.... |

These rules look easy. a typical naija babe won't give you any rule.... She'll simply insist you are not going alone without her.... |
Am a father.. When wifey got pregnant, i said wifey must do exclusive breast feeding when our baby comes... He did come but things aren't always picture perfect. Breast milk wasn't sufficient. Baby wanted to feed almost every hour. Nipls got sore. Power issues didn't encourage preservation of expressed breast milk.. Wifey slept less than 3 hours (cummulative) daily and was almost breaking down. Nobody tell me.. I use my leg waka go buy baby food ..... and our boy is stronger than a roman soldier.....Thank God |
I hope the Middle Belt is part of NORTH |
allanphash7:WHAT IS POKEMON GO? Pokémon Go is a free-to-play location-based augmented reality mobile game developed by Niantic for iOS and Android devices. It was released in most regions of the world in July 2016. You have the option to use real money to buy in-game currency called PokéCoins which are used to purchase Pokéballs, the in-game item you need to be able to catch Pokémon. You don’t have to spend real money, you can pay with your time and energy which is the fun of it. The game works by using your phone’s GPS for your real-world location and augmented reality to bring up those cool-looking Pokémon on your screen. Pokémon Go is easy to play. You just need an iPhone or Android phone, and have a strong Wi-Fi connection or cellular data available. If you don’t have an unlimited data plan, you should definitely consider playing or only in areas with available Wi-Fi. You can watch and read how to play PokeMon Go. Sauce n spice: www.mobilaria . andonajnr:Most careers start from the field before going to the office. As a Subsea engineer, You can render field support from the office as a Subsea Field Support Engineer. You may be posted to the field as a Subsea Engineer. When you go offshore, you are there to work. You may call it regimented, but it's nothing like NYSC camp. A lot of guys prefer working on the field than in the office. |
andonajnr:Any engineering graduate can be trained to be a Subsea Engineer by a good company like GE, FMC, etc. The basic job of a subsea engineer is to ensure the functionalities of the subsea Christmas trees, Hydraulic power units, ECS, Monitor the Umbilicals status to ensure there are no leaks subsea, carry out daily/weekly/monthly checks on several aspects of the subsea system; which include carrying out cleanliness/particle test of the hydraulic fluid to ensure it complies with the minimum requirements on NAS6 (for offshore) and a whole lot more. There is also the Software part which may require troubleshooting in case the SEMS or channels fail. These are just the minimum tasks; there is a whole lot more to it. |
