I would go with the suggestion to reapply and in the new application state the reasons why you got rejected earlier especially if you are sure you never received a call from them and then if you can check if your phone number is correct also stating the reference number of the calls you made to ukvi trying to sort the issue. For me, this is the best option especially if you still have your bank statement as it is with the money in your account and then use priority service.

I believe this option is better as administrative review would take months before a resolution.


Pls check your phone number very well on the your application,cos if you gave a wrong phone number is your fault, otherwise do an administrative review.

Good morning all, Quick one for the guru's,I received a mail for second interview ,but I have not received thier phone call since,I didn't biometrics on the 27th August @uk Vi, so worried now ,they try calling me but it seems the network is bad ,they even called my husband who is in the office ,he told them my line that they should call me directly,
I have sent several emails to them notifying them of my availability for the interview.
What can I do now ?

My biometrics request came Oct 5th with a wrong date June 31st
I sent a mail for a new letter to be sent , they did a week after , I did my biometrics on the 12th oct
Since then again its been radio silence.

Anything can happen in 13 days, but keeping fingers crossed for you. CIC is unprectable and nobody can tell you when they are likely to give you a decision. Just wait and see and if nothing comes, defer till January. Wait for them to request renewed letter of admission even if you get the renewed papers, just wait for CIC to request it, don't just begin to send it to them. Give them a little challenge too, just like they gave you challenge.
