Politics › Re: Fuel Scarcity Looms As NUPENG Begins Mobilisation For Labour Unions’ Strike by Bimpe29(m): 11:02am On Sep 29, 2023
Hopefully, when the nation's economy is shut down next week as proposed by NLC/TUC the federal government would be forced to be sensitive to the plights and yearnings of the common man.

Frustrated populace must not be dared.

It's not the appropriate time to dwell on blame game dude, it's really a time for a pragmatic solution.

Are you on IPPIS?
If yes, your September 2023 salary would be arriving a little bit late.

Warrants issued for the payments of federal government staff salaries at various Ministries, Departments and Agencies that are usually uploaded on GIFMIS on or before 25th of every month are yet to be uploaded as at the timing of posting this.

In view of the above, the payment monthly of salary process and procedures are delayed for reasons which can't be established at the moment.

Racoon:
This fool of Dave Umahi is feigning anterograde and retrograde amnesia that many of them politicians became great men via scam, fraudulent, corrupt and criminal outlets including wicked spurning and manipulations of the electoral, hence democratic processes( unconstitutionality) hence exploring all the loopholes therein.

What is hard in Dave Umahi telling the heroin-sniffing drug baron that forfeited a staggering $460, 000 for plea bargain in 1993 to come clean on his records?

? What example does Umahi knows in his sincere conscience( if he still have any) that a despicable criminal like the man on seat is setting for the younger generation? These politicians are utterly despicable, wicked, and evil.

There was pandemonium at the Supreme Court this morning owing to a mysterious fire that forced a 7-man panel of Justices headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Dahiru Musdapher, to scamper for safety.

The apex court was on the verge of concluding hearing on a suit involving First Bank of Nigeria, when a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Chief Amechi Nwaiwu, SAN, spotted the uncanny fire that was gradually engulfing the left wing of the court.

The development occasioned palpable panic in the court room which was full to capacity with over fifteen SANs in attendance due to some political matters slated for hearing today.

On sensing that the fire was becoming menacing, the CJN ordered a stand down of the case, as the seven justices hurriedly retired to their chambers, with SANs and other court users scampering for safety through the double exit points in the court.

It took the effort of lawyers and court officials to curtail the situation, though its remote cause has remained a mystery.

Blaming it on the electrical wiring system in the court, a clerk who spoke to Vanguard decried that occasional spark of flames during proceeding has been a recurring decimals at the apex court since last year.

The court abruptly rose around 11:55 am due to the ugly incident and reconvened around 12:20 pm.

Those in court included Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, the national President of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Chief J.B Daudu, SAN, Dr Alex Iziyon, SAN, Chief Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN, Yusuf Ali, SAN, among others.
