Good day all, this is the first time I want to buy from Alibaba. Have had conversation with the company and they have sent me a PI, persona informa something like that. I am buying led speakers and it cost about 7.5usd for one and am buying 10pieces. I just need advice on how to go about shipment from china and when it gets to Lagos cause I stay in Bayelsa or if there are people here that can help me with the process so I would not have issues and probably the cost. How is this physically challenged man expected to enter into the house,you build a house for a physically challenged man without considering how it would be easy for him to go in and come out because of his wheelchair.. If he does not have a helper to carry him into the house, it means he would sleep outside...COmmon sense is not common.

The building area on site depends on other factors apart from area, such as shape, location such as corner plot, type of adjoining road and other local planning standards. Why not get experienced person to visit the site or at least get a survey.
Better still physical site inspection is the best. So that you will not end up building illegal structure.
