Calabar does not need Niger delta or Biafra republic or even Nigeria republic. I don't care about Niger republic or Biafra . Calabar is a mega city state ,kingdom or district of Efik Ibibio or Akwacross state of West Africa. I don't care about anything else. Calabar needs at least 8 bridges to connect various locations in the city. Some areas need to be sand filled.
In Addition ,the entire waterfront which measures a length of at least 150 kilometres need to be refurbished with boardwalks and parks . There are a few islands as well (Parrot island,Alligator island,etc) which can all be commuted by boats for day trips. size of the islands range from 2000 acres to 600 acres. I think they can be developed into amusement parks and or housing and for other leisure activities .
