These charges have been taken to court already different times and all ended up been cleared and dismissed by the judge with the latest one coming from justice Inyang of Federal high court, i think, just 2months ago, PDP filed that suit. These are not even normal electoral crime or malpractice that occurred, these are charges that has nothing to do with the main voting and declaration of result.
