Iv been working with my present employer for over two years and IV NEVER READ the core vales and aims of the company , I was an experienced hire when I join, so I knew they wouldn't ask me all those stuffs unlike an entry level candidate. Same goes for chairman /MD, but if I was given options like an objective question,then I'll figure it out from the surname.....
However, if I was told I would be asked all this questions, then I would have memorised them.

Just want to point out that the recruitment process has nothing to do with the time you were Interviewed. It could be fast or slow pending on how urgent staffs are needed for the role.
I was Interviewed around same time as well actually weeks after and now with them already. Majority of my colleagues were peeps from previous yrs. So just relax and focus on other stuffs.

The pay is above all figures quoted on this page for a Gt. So it should be better for an experienced role.

Hello prof. I'll need your advice on my particular scenario.
I got a sumec fireman eco3990esr about 20 months ago, i run it for about 20hrs each week and change my oil every 30 days. It worked pretty well until recently i used it to power my 1.5hp air conditioner for about 3hrs.
Its been about a month now and the gen still works fine, but I noticed 2 things

1. The gen smokes a little wen im starting the gen.... The little smokes comes out for just a seconds or less, #The start up cycle.

2.There is a very soft grinding sound/metal vibration from within the engine.

3. When i try starting the engine lately, it totally looses compression, and ill need to roll twice or thrice before it gains compression and fires.

Presently, im thinking of carrying out a general overhaul, what internal part do u feel worth replacing in other to ensure the engine continues to work at optimum performance.
I just wanna order the parts from sumec, bring a technician home and tell him to change those parts.
My able prof, your opinions are highly appreciated.

ok,youv made yourself very clear by stateing your requirements.....however,we @ bionts solutions would prefer implementing such system using asp.net mvc and mysql as we dont develop portals using php.we really dont have any issue with php but we just prefer using the dotnet framework when implementing large information systems....

i just thought about it this morning, there's a basic ecommerce platform mainly for bookstores or maybe for book publisher that im presently working on.thou it,s still under development but it's almost complete(90%),so far,what i can say is that it's rock solid and is being implemented with asp.net mvc4 and mysql database.....
I just felt like giving it out for free rather than my initial plan of making some cool cash off it; i see it as an avenue to contribute to the community. It has *almost all features expected of any ecommerce platform like full management of book catalogue(authors,categories etc) and order management,it also has an inbuilt CMS for page and blog management.
However,im yet to integrate any payment gateway into the system although i have voguepay in mind. So presently all it does is to send email and sms alert to the site admin whenever an order is placed and also to send an invoice with "status:pending" to the client that placed the order.
Well,i can always expand the system to cater for new stuffs but first of all.......let me know if anyone(developer or business owners) is interested in this platform. Just reply the thread and let see how the system can be made to fit into **almost everyone's use case....

well,why not go opensource,grab any one you feel can do the job;nopcommerce is very very good and it asp.net mvc....
Then you can refractor any part of the app that you not too comfortable about....
Nopcommerce is full fledge multi store app and can do the job well......why not give it a try,and if you encounter any problem,i can always help
Now,if you dont want to go open source,well,i can help with the core design of the data access and business logic.
NB:i develop in ASP.net mvc,if you really want it in php,you.l definitly get one here but you.l need to exercise some patience.
