You people should just continue dreaming. i wonder how anybody is thinking that Atiku will win against buhari even with buhari's popularity and the structure of his party on ground, coupled with the fact that vote will count as against the old PDP pattern of rigging and directing the opponent to go to court.
Continue giving yourself hope. What dirty popularity? Popularity that has been taken to the cleaners? He's been demystified! He's been tested and he's failed woefully! Na even these SWesterners come carry buhari Mata pass for head sef...nonsense

You can't repackage buhari and sell him to Nigerians...we deserve better

The battle will be very sweet and the victory will be even sweeter.

Head or tail, SW wins this one for PMB.

Should Atiku pick his VP from SE, it's a straight battle between SW and SE/SS.

Should he pick his VP from SW, the SE/SS will feel shortchanged and Buhari will even have it easier.

Note: Atiku will not see the tail of PMB in the presidential election in the North. It will be something in the ratio of 3:1 for PMB.
This boy has been wailing and dropping useless permutations since yesterday.

The average SWesterner wants Buhari out. Even notherners want him out. Suffer no know party or presidential support team oo.

You are here also saying if atiku picks a VP from the SE, the SS would vote for Buhari? You're living in a fools paradise boy!

The current disenchantment against buhari is nationwide. You think this is the 2015 elections? Buhari has been demystified because he has been tested and he's failed woefully!

It is a fact that Okonjo-Iweala, under Ebelemi, oversaw the plunging of our GDP from 7.68% to just 2.35% when the satanic party left office in May 2015! It's a fact that Okonjo-Iweala oversaw the plunging of our foreign direct investment! It is also a fact that Okonjo-Iweala oversaw the plunging of our foreign reserves by over $20b! These, my friend, aren't propaganda!
My friend please take this your arguments to APC zombies who would be willing to oblige you with listening ear.

Buhari has done better abi? Over 3 million jobs lost in his first year, do you even know what FDI means because if you did you'd know it was buhari who really reduced FDIs into the country because he made our polity over heated with so much hate going round and no one wants to invest in an unsafe environment!

Hmmm, I guess so too. Wonder why Ben dropped his senatorial ambition.

I would have prefer some1 from the SW. As it stands now, PDP is not present in the whole country. SS and SE are already locked in for Atiku, so why bother!
Atiku already has the SS and SE locked down but voter apathy in the SE may make them not come out to vote and even if he wins the region, he may not have the numbers to win an already inflated NW vote for the dullard.

SW is a bad option cause it's a 50-50 thing. Their votes would be divided. Many of them want buhari out but are sympathetic to tinubu, While some hate tinubu. The PDP won't do well there so they should not risk it cause it'd be like throwing jewel to swine (not calling the SWesterners swine though before someone misconstrues my intention) they won't appreciate it.

I'm from the SS but honestly I'd prefer the vp slot to go to Peter Obi from the SE. Okonjo is a good option but the APC smear campaign and propaganda on her is yet to fully clear off many foolish Nigerians heads.

Only the sane ones know the APC mischieve and those ones are few

I hope the PDP takes this advise as they almost fell into the Saraki or Tambuwal presidential pit. It'd have been a death knelt for them. The major competitors there to me were Kwankwaso and Atiku.

I guess the power is no longer in the hands of the people but rather on the cash to be embezzled out of CBN. As for me and my single vote, I will cast it far away from APC and PDP.

If only the masses can look beyond their greed, we can successfully teach these politicians a real lesson.

Take out APC, PDP and the next five closest running parties, 90% of bad leaders and corruption will be solved. This is beyond fantasy but I really wish every voter out of the political circle can see to this. After all what do we have to loose.

At the bolded ; Oga seriously? We've not even played dirty opposition politics up to half what apc did during their time.

The APC then undermined every sensitive instrument of government including the armed forces and the office of the president. For every attack on military formations, it was victory for them. Lai would hold press conferences where he wept crocodile years.

They Said all manner of things and even threatened our democracy with a parallel government. So looking at where we are Coming from, I'd say we've only played decent politics all along as opposition

I still insist they should just go ahead with the election instead of this court route. The election is theirs to lose. At this point it is next to impossible for APC to beat them on Thursday. There are already precedents for Inec's decision.
I agree with you though I seriously think they should go through with the elections but would INEC be unbias? They've already shown bias. INEC seems compromised else why would you use different standards for elections held just less than 2 months apart (kogi and Osun).

INEC is the problem! And no one trusts them

The INEC should explain what happened at kogi state as regards the last held bye elections.

When they answer that then they can justify the inconclusiveness of the Osun state election

Pray you don't. Nigerian banks are very useless! Last year someone working for me gave me his account number to transfer cash to. Unfortunately he missed a digit and I made the transfer Without confirming the name.

I discovered in about 30 minutes but it was a weekend. I called my bank and they said they'd send a mail to the recipient bank. On Monday I went to my bank and it was same story on how the other bank had not replied to their mails.

Long story cut short that was how I lost 20k because no be me go dey go bank up and down just to reverse 20k when I no even sure say the stupid banks go follow through.

You wail senselessly as expected.

All my stats are verified unlike you wailers who engage in beer parlour gossip as your authority.

In 2017, Nigeria had as much as 9milliom human traffic in and out of Nigeria. While in 2018 its already hitting 14million and you sit there and talk about 6th poorest.

This matches over 140,000 aircraft movements in and out of Nigeria in same period of 2017.

You think data isn't being kept?

You know nothing obviously.

Read below

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/business/business-news/253834-nigerian-airports-record-9-2-million-passengers-140552-aircraft-movement-nine-months.html

https://allafrica.com/stories/201806220065.html

You are clearly on sub par intelligence levels.

Let's assume that half of those figures are passenger movements out of Nigeria, you can go ahead and multiply it by the average flight fare outside Nigeria and see what you would arrive at especially when if we had an airline, same would also fly to other countries as well as bring passengers from other countries to Nigeria since you wish to be a dumb wailer.
Zombie! You do know that is still less than 10% of the population right and that includes both foreigners, and what have you? BTW, anyone who goes into business just by seeing the gains to be made in such a business would fall out woefully. You forget there's competition and other factors involved?

Also, don't in your zombie mind think I'm letting you detract the sane argument we were having before you stated bringing up wishful stats. I'm not gonna let you get away by throwing me off the scent of the points I laid down in my first post. Answer them or don't quote me again. Wailer who has so many flying out to other countries and returning aboard other airlines daily from Nigeria with the income going to the countries who own those airlines and is still asking me how many Nigerians can afford airflight. Wailers have been known to talk before they think .

Global airline income for 2018 is already at $834 billion and you think people are not flying especially from THE LARGEST AND MOST POPULOUS BLACK NATION IN THE WORLD?

$834billion income so far from airline flights in 2018 and the year hasn't ended yet. Nigeria should be making nothing less than $30billion a year from that sum as her share if we get it right.

You guys really don't think do you?

Wailing senselessly has always been your trademark.

PDP met our national carrier in 1999 when obasanjo came into power. By 2003 they had liquidated it under same PDP and her lootocracy ways.
It should be you whom I should be saying doesn't think before he speaks but alas it seems a very prominent trait in y'all zombies.

You are here quoting stats and making unverified claims like a typical zombie whereas you know the realities on ground; saying Nigeria could be making $30 billion from air traffic. Dude, this is the 6th poorest country in the world dey there dey deceive yourself with most populous black nation sh1t.

Then as a smart zombie, you carefully only replied where you could meander from and avoided where it hit you most. Answer the rest of the questions I raised and stop been smart by half!

So called educated people still cannot differentiate between CANCEL and POSTPONE.

The FG only postponed And did not cancel.

So called educated people can't see that its in our best interest to have our own national carrier as it used to be before PDP destroyed it with mismanagement and looting.

Now this FG has reopened the talks and plans and for them to get it absolutely right, they obviously needed to postpone it so they can strategize better.

A clear indicator that this FG is committed to make this work was when they cleared all salary arrears owed all the former staff of Nigerian Airways.

I believe this is so they can have a clean slate to relaunch on.
You are pathetically dull and very unreasonable. Supporting a man doesn't mean he'd rape you and you still stand there like a fool. This is the major reason I never engage you buhari zombies here. You are all lost in this fanthom world where you see nothing wrong in what your master buhari does.

National carriers are not wished up neither are they gotten from projector boards with expensive designs at far away London, but with deligent follow up of protocol and procedure. But typical clueless, dull and lazy buhari, he didn't do any but rather saw it as a tool for campaign and went on to blow the trumpet on a project that hadn't even had any MOUs signed first.

So you said it was POSTPONED NOT CANCELED; SMH. What ever got postponed in Nigeria that did see the light of day again? By the way let's tell ourselves the truth, with the way the Nigerian polity is, do you really think a national carrier is what we need now? How many Nigerians can afford a flight till they die? We've barely been able to maintain and manage our revamped rail system yet we want to float a national airline carrier? Very laughable idea if you ask me... One which was bound to fail from inception and I knew it.

We've been scammed and someone should pay for it. I do hope this latest move make people really see him for the manipulative clueless failure he is though and by the way, the presidential jets he said he'd sell or convert into national carrier, Hafa market for Mr integrity?

Your bolded statement is also a very manipulative and malicious statement. Does PDP Chase you in your dreams? The Nigerian airways was literally dead after the military before we had democracy.

This is really bad. The Senator representing Kano South, Arch. Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya, has commenced his re-election campaign rally yesterday in Kano state. The senator was joined by youths who were armed with sticks and cutlasses and they rallied round his constituency.

Meanwhile, Senator Kabir Gaya has said that the the All Progressives Congress would defeat the former governor of Kano State and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential hopeful, Senator Rabiu Kwakwanso in Kano State.

According to him, with three former governors and an incumbent governor on one side, there is no way Kwakwanso can have political fortunes in the next election in the state.

The Senator, who represents Kano South Senatorial District also said he is an advocate of two terms for elective office holders, therefore President Muhammdu Buhari should be allowed to have a 2nd term.

According to the Senator who spoke with journalists, nobody can perform to the expectations of the electorate in his first term in office.
