BusinessRe: Is Nigeria A Truly Wealthy Nation? See What Economic Facts Say by BitCraftman: 9:37pm On Jan 05, 2020
faoogoke:
The calculators of our Per Capital Income keep making the same mistake. Calculating our per capital income against a population figure of whatever now...160 million or is it 200 million mess it all up. Nigerian's population is between 130 million and 140 million. The poverty, diseases, deaths etc issues Nigeria has is principally in the northern part of Nigeria. Remove the Northern part of the country from the calculations and Nigeria's per capital will be the highest in Africa.
The Northern part of the country and its leaders need to do a lot more for their people. The poverty here is terrible. There is widespread illiteracy and lack. Its such a sad commentary, that;s however not to excuse leaders of the Southern part who are also guilty of neglecting the common good of the people.
Even if we calculate it with 100 million we are still very poor.

Once dis country have steady power supply things will kick up and we need a vision leader not the ones who see just today and boast of yesterday
Steady power supply is a small part of the overall picture. We need good policies, tax system, road, water and power all at a competitive rate. Steady but exorbitant power supply can cripple business also.

We don't have sir!
That's a fact. Nigeria doesn't earn anywhere near $40 billion a year. Nigeria is VERY poor. Those stealing the little Nigeria has share the same opinion with people like you, you assume there's a lot when there's nothing. Until Nigeria becomes a very productive country it will only get poorer.

How many people in Nigeria are gainfully employed? Despite having one of the world's lowest minimum wages Nigeria still has one of the world's highest unemployment rate.
AgamaProf this guy is right. We are poor. We are like 6 poor countries merged together who now thinks the combined annual wealth makes us rich whereas our responsibility also increased by a factor of 6 thereby negating any cosmetic effect the combined budget of all six nation brings. It is simple logic that per capita GDP is best measure of a nations wealth.

helinues:
Nigeria is rich but hungry due to mismanagement of few
You missed it 100%. Nigeria is poor but has the potential and assets to become rich.
The real wealth of a people is measured by per capita GDP and we have one of the lowest in the whole world. Even small nations like Kenya and Ghana have better standard of living than Nigeria.

We are like a family with a breadwinner that earns 200,000 but has 10 mouth to cater for and most of the nations bossing us are like a family with a breadwinner earning 160,000 but with just 4 mouths to feed. 200k into 10 places is 20k per family member but 160k onto 4 places is 40k per family member. The smaller of the two family is better off because of a higher per capita GDP.

They are trying to get public support by going after gays but we know they are worse than gays themselves.

Christianity EtcRe: The Gospel by BitCraftman: 3:01am On Jan 05, 2020
The writer is obviously a biased one. To start with, the poverty story of Nigeria isn't as pronounced among church goers or tithe and offering payers as it is among Muslims who support channeling of state funds towards religious activities. Any truly concerned citizen that wants to address the poverty topic must prioritize the issue of one religion cornering what belongs to all above blaming another religions for how they spend tithes and offerings which is just a form of contribution towards a cause they benefit from and believe in.

Secondly, tithes and offering are biblical.

You also touched on missionaries who gave us free schools but never mentioned why these missionaries aren't still giving us free schools till date or why they don't do it for themselves up till date. Education is expensive and the malicious idea of using conditions and factors of 60 years ago to judge current realities is a clear indication of your blind bias against the church.

God in fact loves a cheerful giver.

Very true but modern Christians will avoid this thread as it is not taught anymore in most churches especially the Mega churches. They want to keep the crowd and even get more crowd. So, no offensive message. It must be sugar coated. They must buy private jets.

I am not against Mega churches but the trend is annoying. Messages are watered down just to suit the audience.
Roadside churches erroneously assume any message on holiness or righteousness they teach isn't taught in mega churches. Godliness is profitable unto all things was the prophetic monthly theme for one of the mega churches in the month of November 2019.

Go online to dedicated data analysis websites and get it for almost free then use you money to pursue a reputable certification. You can even learn just excel and be good at it (possibly with a certification from Microsoft) and that will stand you out in the long run. Thank me later.

Your offer alone is scary. Reputable names and brands are offering offering it for between 69,000 and 467,000 but you are offering it for just N5k and expect serious minded people to take you serious. Please show us your course outline and let us see what it looks like. And state if you award any certificate after completion as well as training mode.

By the way there is data analyst, data engineer, data architect, data scientist and one other one i cant remember. All are built tightly around data analysis.

Nothing is wrong with you. calm down.
You are passing through a normal phase of development ,puberty phase.
Your parents should have educated you and made you aware of the changes in your body as well as fluctuations of feelings and emotions you would pass through as you transition from teenage years to mature, adulthood.
Beware of the counsel of Ahithophel, that is your peers and others who may mislead you with half truths about sexuality education.
Please Google this very informative book, "Questions Young People Ask- Answers That Work", published by Jehovah's witnesses.
The Official JW website has lots of practical counsel for young people/youths.
God bless.
That isn't a normal phase o.
