Setting-out and excavations of the foundation started on the 18th of June 2018.

Site has been cleared and the moulding of 9" blocks have commenced.

We are back to site this month to continue the project.

Land clearing and grubbing started today in preparation for the foundation work starting next week.

The client also prefers blocks moulded on site so we will be mobilizing our block making equipment to site this weekend to start moulding blocks.

The first task was to mark out on the bare floor an exact representation of the floor plan design.

Once we measured out all the exact dimensions, work on the dry wall started. Dry wall is constructed using gypsum boards, U-channels and C-channels. The frame is constructed using the U-channel on the floor and ceiling horizontally. The C-channel is used as the supporting framework vertically at 600mm interval for a solid frame.

The fit-out project was divided into 4 phases
1. Partition and Dry wall
2. Flooring - Rug and Vinyl wooden floor
3. Electrical wiring and fittings
4. Furniture's

The I.T part of the project was given to a company with that as their core skill.

We started with the dry wall and all glass partition using frameless glass with a thickness of 10mm.

We engaged with the client for about a month before mobilization to site deciding on the spatial design, spatial circulation/flow, branding, color scheme, material scheme and interior ambience.

The company is an international brand and already had a branding scheme for everything from Walls, Furnitures, Blinds, Signage, Flooring, Partition, Glass privacy e.t.c.

OFFICE FIT-OUT FOR CLIENT IN VICTORIA ISLAND.

Brief : The client just leased a 156.90sqm space in a new serviced office complex in VI and awarded us the contract of fitting out the bare space.

The office complex is a beauty to behold and the leased space has a water front view with enough day lighting.

Regular checks with a plumb, line and range ensures we maintain a straight and firm blockwork course.
