Casting of the suspended german floor/oversite concrete. We had dumped 2 trips of 30 tons granite and 4 trips of 20 tons sharp sand. The thickness of the slab is 6inches ( 150mm ) and the mix ratio is 1:2:4.

We would have loved to see how the piles were bored...Meaning there is no sand filling for this building?

Unfortunately, I had a mishap with my phone on site and lost those pictures due to formatting of the memory. However, the pile points are 40 in all with 24 pile cap and we used percussion machine with casing. It took about 30 days to complete the boring, casting of pile points, pile caps and tie-beam.

Yes, we are not backfilling the trenches. The german/over site concrete slab will be suspended.

Yes sir, one way trip. Its a suspended floor slab so it removes the backfilling stage. Plus and minus variable cost of backfilling against cost of losing the woods.

Gate columns all done and being allowed to cure. We won't remove the wood and bamboo bracing for another 2 weeks.

After the staging of the gates, the carpentry formwork and reinforcements work is done and it is then casted. We used a concrete mix of 1:2:4 .

The size of the gate pillar post (columns) is 22" x 22". This will add beauty to the facade of the gate later on when it is finished in artificial stones or tiles.

Staging of the entrance gate, we have two gates planned for the 2 plots of land. Both gates will grant access to each plot once the center demarcation wall has been erected but that's much later.

Casting of the columns between the runs of block setting took place once we were done with the block work.

Block setting now at 9-12 coaches all round the 2 plot perimeter.

Block setting work in progress, we used 6" blocks all through with columns at intervals. The client earmarked 9 coaches all round with 2 entrance gates but due to the sloppy nature of the site, some places will have more than 9 coaches.

Excavation work for the foundation footing trench started on the 11th of July and concluded on the 13th of July due to intermittent rainfall.

This is a virgin land with two plots side by side and it is a fairly flat terrain. We will be constructing on just a plot for now but we will be building a perimeter wall to secure both lands.

We will share the floor plan, elevations and 3D views once we have finalized on the design and permission has been given by the client.
