I will check the actual figures spent and consult with the client if he wants that out in the open but from my BOM estimate, between N10-N12 million. ( plus or minus variations, Omo-Onile fees and other unforseen expenditures).

I have been quite busy lately as this is not the only project I have ongoing. I barely have time to post even the construction pictures. Apologies for a late response.

Cement - 120 bags
Reinforcements - 1.6 tons ( combo of 16mm, 12mm, 10mm)

We casted the suspended slab (decking) on Saturday 29th of September 2018. We had a fair weather and the work moved smoothly.

Electrical conduit piping completed.
