Udemy videos still make sense too but u no fit compare yourself wey use udemy videos to people wey read different books.

Careful with those that are saying worth it oo. I once went to Lagos with 85k, spent 5 days and came back home with 8200. Everything went on transport, food and shortlet accommodation.
Las Las, the job wey I go find for Lagos, I got it here in Akure and the pay was buoyant.

This your experience is peculiar to you. IT IS NOT as bad as that. Does everyone earn as much as that 85k in Lagos? Are they not surviving? Would somebody who came to Lagos to work take up accommodation in a short let Inn? You cme to Lagos as a tourist, and you spent like one. You've not told how many ashawos you had then.

There are people in Lagos who earn less equal to that 50k in Ibadan, who still get by. Does everybody in Lagos earn even as much as 100k? Patapata you spend 75k/month on all expenses, you'll still have 75k left. Besides, it's much easier to to upscale and build a career in Lagos than Ibadan. Just consider the distance from your place of work very well when you’re choosing your accommodation.
