The headteacher mrs.so sat on a seat while other teachers stood round the pupils like body guards.she said"first position in primary 6b,isaac muna!"all pupils clapped 4 her as she came forward 2 collect her 60leaves UBE exercise book.muna came out like it was a normal thing,d first position was her birth right.muna was intelligent not brilliant,she had no book 2 read as she has torn all books and made dolls out of them.d pupils who read their books were beaten hands down by muna in examinations and tests.the headmistres looked at muna and said"see how dirty u are,just like a pig,are u not ashamed of urself?"muna was scared,not of d headmistres but of d boys in her class who had threatened to deal with her if she comes first even her crush nuel was part of them.she had ones written a love letter to nuel.he showed his frnds and muna became a laughing stock.muna collected her gift,walked slowly back 2 where she stood from.so many thought running through her mind"why did i come first ?how do i get home now?...,.

So all d pupils of central sch.ezihe (primary school) gathered under two huge mango trees and d center of d sch,they sat on d clean sand.they were all putting on their white and blue sch.uniform,some pupils' white was white as snow while some looked like what were washed with mud water.muna a girl in primary 6b was one of d dirtiest pupils in d sch.,cute beautiful girl,robust,fair in complexion,pink lips,average height,very playful,out spoken and d most intelligent pupil in d sch.she grew up with her lovely grandma who could kill a lion 4 her if need be.they both stayed in a yellow building,although a mud house but it was plastered with cement.at d front of d house was a hut,a part of d hut was their kitchen while grandma kept goats at d other part.their compound had a big mango tree,oha trees,pear trees,pawpaw tree.grandpa's grave,great grandpas grave,great grandma's grave.the toilet was almost half a kilometre 4rm d house,muna's uncle had an uncompleted building beside d house.they had neighbours too...
