Hello whisperers, I'm Grace by name, I need urgent advice on something very crucial.

I recently discovered that my hubby of 4 years, same person that proposed marriage to me a month ago has been married all along but didn't tell me.

We had been dating for that long and I had no clue he was a married man until I recently began receiving strange calls and texts accusing me of stealing someone's husband.

Initially I kept it all to myself but after much harassment I opened up and reported the case to my hubby whom I also confronted, initially he was evasive but after much insistence from me and threats to leave him, he opened up.

I listened in shock as he told me how he got married years earlier to please his mother and family who mounted pressure on him to chose a wife, he decided to do it after much torment from them only to realize that he married a torn to his flesh.

He said his wife changed after marriage and began to monitor his every move, she treated him terribly and was always demanding for things he couldn't afford, he said he felt his wife was switched but that he blamed himself for marrying a woman he only dated for less than a year thinking it would work out.

He said he learnt the hard way, he even showed me scars on his body from fights with his wife, as evidence of abuse, he had initially told me that those scars were from domestic accidents and attacks on him but didn't give me details, now he has told me the truth.

I listened to voice notes and recorded calls of quarrels between him and his now ex-wife, he really gave me a lot to prove to me that he was telling the truth.

He said he visited cinemas and other hangout spots alone just to have some peace, it was in at one of those places, the cinema, where I worked as a supervisor, that we ended up meeting, though I now work with a construction firm.

He revealed to me that he has concluded his divorce process and that's why he proposed to me earlier, seeing that I had been his refuge throughout the years we've been together.

He begged me profusely to forgive him, that he did it that way because he was afraid to lose me. He said he was going to tell me much later but can I even believe that now?

I feel hurt and though I understand his position and sufferings in his now failed marriage, I feel he should have trusted me enough or at lest given me the option of making my choice based on accurate information.

It is this matter I have bright here, I have also discovered that the unknown person that contacted me about the matter is his own friend he fell out with, hoping to break us to hurt him but that aside.

I am from a decent home and background, I would never date a married man, though he is now divorced, I still feel he made me do something against my convictions and it hurts.

Though I've asked for time to think, I am conflicted, I love him dearly but this has really shaken that love.

I need to know what you guys think about him and his exposed secret, also about my inner conflict.

Jesus christ never disobeyed constituted authority despite the fact that those who made up the government during his time were the Romans and unbelievers, the Romans didn't practice ancient #Judaism like the Hebrews and Christianity did not yet exist since Christ was still on earth and in human form at the time.

He however, set the pace for what we'll end up calling #Christianity today and gave express instructions, showing us practical examples on how to engage and relate with constituted authority, he never acted #rogue or encouraged anyone to become a #rebel for any cause.

In fact he shocked his followers when he told everyone to give unto Caesar (Government) what belongs to Caesar (Respect and Obedience) and give unto God (The Creator) what belongs to God (Your Soul) in worship where ever you are.

Surely this can be done without any clash, otherwise he would not have said it, he literally lived his life that way and balanced both perfectly.

This undeniable fact makes me wonder where some preachers get their own concept of disobedience and rebellion from when they encourage their congregation to go against government's directive on lockdown and safety measures.

Your worship to God is not tied to location, your deliverance is not about going to look for prophet somewhere. Going to seek out prophets as only way to reach God happened mostly in the old testament before Christ, that was when we didn't have direct access to God and needed prophets by all means.

CAN ANYONE REMEMBER WHAT JESUS CHRIST TOLD THE WOMEN AT THE WELL ABOUT TRUE WORSHIP WHEN SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT LOCATION OF WORSHIP?

She was reminding Jesus of the sacred places of worship, the mountain and the temple at Jerusalem, she favoured the mountain but Jesus told her that neither the mountain nor Jerusalem justifies real worship, he then went on to describe the nature of God and what real worship is.

#Note: Going to see a prophet today is not bad or a sin, however it is not essential like it was in the old testament where their roles were essentially middlemen to God.

That old arrangement #changed when Christ came and left, you and I now have #direct access to God and can talk to him from #anywhere.

your redemption is not tied to a prophet or pastor, it is tied to your #faith in God through christ, not your dependence or faith in man, preacher or prophet, it is your faith which grows when you study God's words and hangout with God's people in fellowship.

These fellowships can happen anywhere as shown in scriptures which includes your house. It doesn't have to be in a church building if the circumstance is #temporarily not conducive like in a lockdown situation.

Again I'm asking, where did these particular preachers get their concept of #rebellion and #disobedience to constituted authority from?

Are they really concerned about the safety of the church members or their own selfish denominational agendas around money and control?

Everything that is required to be a balanced believer � % can be done at home or in smaller safer gatherings while obeying the safety directives, everything including, soul winning, discipleship, giving to the church, fellowship etc can easily be achieved.

The #internet is there, Churches that are serious with God's work have a system in place already and are busy leading their congregations in obedience while helping them with #palliative as stated in James 5.

NOW TO THE OBVIOUS QUESTION.
WOULD JESUS OBEY A LOCKDOWN?

To honestly answer this question, you'll have to look at his life when he was here:

� Was he a rebel?
� Was he a law breaker?
� Was he ever rude to politically constituted authority?
� Did he encourage anyone to be a rebel to the law?
� Was Jesus ever arrogant with his power, refusing to obey laws because he knew he was superior?

The answers to all of the above questions is NO! Jesus was very humble and obedient. He respected authority even though he was more powerful than them, he did it to show us the right examples.

JESUS WARNED PETER AGAINST VIOLENCE AND DISOBEDIENCE!

Jesus christ even gave Peter a strong warning against violence when he tried to defend christ by cutting off Malcus's ear, Jesus didn't stand for that and warned him before he then heald the ear. (John 18:10-11 and Mathew 26:51-52).

So with what you now know about Christ's behaviour, WOULD HE OBEY A LOCKDOWN ORDER OR NOT?

Based on the previous answer and on the actual life of christ, YES! JESUS WOULD OBEY the lockdown and find #safer lawful ways to still preach and hell the sick since he can't be everywhere at the same time while in human form. All healings Jesus performed involved physical contact directly or indirectly within hearing distance.

It was part of why the Roman rulers though not happy with his preaching, still couldn't arrest him, it was his own people, the #Jews that ended up selling him out and voting him for #crucifixion while saving Barnabas the thief.

Again I ask, where are these preachers telling people to fight government getting their own rebellious and disobedient ideas from?

For those running around on social media trying to make the lockdown about their church, calm down and ask yourself: whose example are you following? Your Aluta Pastors or Jesus Christ?

Also why are you clamoring for location when it actually doesn't matter if you really want to serve God you'd serve him from where ever you are.

� What are you rebelling for?
� What's the game about?
� Why are you not searching the scriptures for truth instead of believing your preacher blindly?
� Are you a Christian, follower of Christ or just another follower of men on pulpits?

#Note: I'm not saying follow government blindly either, if you disagree with government then approach them and keep an open mind, it works, I've done it and it worked for me. Rebellion is not an option for a believer.

Shout out to all religious organizations working together with the government to keep us safe, it's not easy.

#IN CLOSING: The final authority on Christian living is the Bible not your pastors opinions. If his opinions are not supported by the scriptures then don't follow it, our loyalty is with God not man.
