Ajebota: @ blackcat yeah there are these things called 'enemas' that can be taken orally or anally
check out this website I know they sell some stuff http://www.chrysalishealth.co.uk/shop/
However, nothing beats a colonic irrigation because it purges your entire intestine if done thoroughly and with care. Thanks! |

Orimili: Are you being serious? Ok, he will make history as being the first half-black president of the united states(who wasn't even raised by black parents). After that, what? What practical change will he bring? What will he do for the economy, foreign relations, and the war in Iraq, besides being "black" and "change?" I feel as if i am going crazy because I have not heard ONE THING that makes him any different from the other characters running for president. If Americans can't look beyond nice speeches, skin color, and music videos and catch phrases to select their leader, I fear for the future of a once great country. Visit http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2008/04/28/america/NA-POL-US-Elections.php or any obama sites, there you will find answers to all your questions. |

EloSela: @Blackcat
You are being silly.
It is attitudes like this that have led to the destruction of the Zimbabwean economy.
Nigeria has a lot of land that has been laying untouched since the beginning of time and and these farmers can use their skills to farm on a large scale while also contributing to the economy. After all it is not only oil that will soon run dry that Nigerians will eat. You are the one that is being silly. Thank GOD the decision is not in your hands, Nigeria would have been sold a long time ago. |

stop racism. black man can farm but not on an industrial scale. Point of correction maybe you waleab need them more than they need you but not Blackcat or other loyal Nigerians. Give them your father's land when they come |

Seun: Racism is stupid. Are we not the ones who are going to eat the food they are producing? This is not racism. Are you saying out of the 140million Nigerians there is no one that can produce food for Nigerians except whites? . Are you saying we are so hopeless that we need whites to produce food for us? Are you saying without the whites Nigerians will not have food? This is Racism. Try and go to their country and see if they will buy the food produced by a black man or even allow you to buy such big lands to farm with. |

lucabrasi: @blackcat thanks a lot and as for what have or will do for nigeria,i equally have started a group called africa mentoring programme last year, its focused at less priviledged youths and we are starting in lagos and its like a multi pronged approach first we are looking to get young people and interested nigerians in diffrent skills and professions to volunteer their time and mentor the less priviledged and direct them positively especially at the crucial age of 12-19 so they will have a positive role model and also looking to raise funds and get schorlaships for them as well, at the moment with my dad's help we have approached a couple of private schools to see if they can give like one or two places as schorlaships but you know its not easy but my dad has volunteered to sponsor 5 children through school when the whole thing gets under way, and i also have some great people a cinematographer/editor who has promised to come to nigeria when we r up and running, the second phase we are working on is to sensitise nigerians especially well off ones to foster and adopt children rather than just going to motherless babies home every xmas and giving them a plate of jollof rice and chicken then forgetting about them for the rest of the year,as you know this kind of thing will take years and i am studying at the moment so its kind of slow but we are getting there and we should do more this year when i go home on hols Kudos to you man |

That being said, I have tried to do my bit in the past helping out a couple local schools but unfortunately I was taken advantage of and so I will not bother in future. . . for now. Please don't give up on Nigeria . I know Nigerians are really difficult people to deal with. I'm new in Europe but when I'm fully settled I will still try to help by maybe giving one scholarship each year to students from very poor homes in my state. |

HR.hotness: The question is what are my doing for Nigeria?
I co-started an NGO a few years back focused on women development in the Niger delta,,,, I do have big plans for when I come back, which hopefully wont be too long now I have decided to focus on education and orientation because i believe u have to be aware and understand opportunities available in order to make full use of them.
What are u doing or what have u done? Kudos to you , it's good to know someone is doing something. I on the other hand did my bit when I was still in Nigeria(had to move to Europe to reside with hubby). I had a small business in Nigeria and when I left all my staffs lost their jobs |

It is this same attitude of not trying to be like the white man that has kept the black race backward.(taking care of our appearance, stealing the best traits from them) Meanwhile the white man does not think twice before picking up traits from the black race to improve themselves e.g. our music, our style of dressing, way we talk, stealing our brains(braindrain), tanning, stealing our culture e.t.c Girls do what ever you want to improve your appearance please, if you want to stay natural good , if you want to relax your hair by all means do it |

@ lucabrasi and Elosela the ping pong of words was quite interesting but had nothing to do with the topic lucabrasi: @poster in my opinion,i think it is high time nigerians both in the diaspora and in nigeria stand up and try to d their bit to complement the government,
, people will rather make excuses than take charge of issues and do something about it(note i mean nigerians in nigeria),
, and its not too much for the youths in the diaspora to form a pressure group and make their voices heard,
, we should forget about thegovernment for a while and actually do our bit for the society and i am sure things will change. @ lucabrasi I don't know how old you are but you sound very intelligent and focused to me. @Elosela and HR.hotness what can you do to help Nigeria? |

It is very common to love and not be loved back. Most times it is difficult to throw in the towel but if you are in that situation now I would advice you to like try your damnest to think of other things i.e. occupy yourself with things that will take your mind off her. Take a holiday , give this person as much space as you humanly can and believe me she will come running back when she notices that all the love and attention has been transfered to other things. Life the say is a bi tch |
