Nigerians on this very forum will complain of lack of fluency in several languages. My point, if Nigerian languages are not taught in schools how do you expect them to thrive? A report came out a while back that most African languages departments at African universities were being CLOSED. People may be carrying it on now, but your languages will disappear or fracture if English continues to be the preferred mode of communication. Do you think Indian languages died out so quickly in South America? It's been a 500 year process.

Applying a moisturizer and breaking chemical bonds in ur hair are two different things. To answer your question, you do not have to apply any cream.
