The now former (few days back) head of the BIRS (Benue state internal revenue service) is building school, hotel, bakery etc in the state, the person in charge of Benue links (state transport service) is leaving like a King, head of Benue state property development development agency is leaving large, the governor is busy buying all landed properties in the state and frequenting china for his personal business and the state cannot pay pensions for over 30 months.

A given tribe have been in power since the creation of the state and have run the state to the ground.
