Who made you the Judge, how do you know that they are innocent, where you there personally in Ughelli South during the menace?

Nnamdi Kanu, a man greater than Awolowo, Buhari and Tinubu put together.

It's just a matter of time. Even in jail, his name alone eclipses that of Awolowo and Tinubu.

Name the mega project? despite the fact that the callous betrayer collected the highest allocation from The FAAC through out his entire 8 years as Governor of the Big Heart State.

This Governor said nothing about rehabilitation of the burnt Communities , and did not condemn the genocide going on in Okuoma community.

This is disgraceful and unexpected of a sitting Governor. I'm now having a thought that the military had involved themselves by being partisan in the crises which led to the unfortunate event.

Fetch those who did this and not the community, houses burnt should be rebuilt. The community should institute the case in court to seek for damage done by the military. Odi won 34billion judgement against the fed Government, it's doable.
Please keep quiet, if you have nothing meaningful to contribute, because Governor go give situation report to President, you dey form vexation.

34 billion judgement indeed, one thousand Naira FG no pay anybody.

It baffles me what successive governors of Delta state do with the huge monthly allocation they get from the fed govt. U can hardly hear of the governor of Delta state commissioning mega project. U can only here of the govt during the occurrence or after the occurrence of bad things or better still during betrayal or sabotage. Delta is stagnant as always.
Where is okowa since after the elections? He can only eat pension from his God son. He buried his political career because of greed.
May God deliver the state like he delivered Abia
Useless Okowa.

Na poor person way no get, dey reason like you.

What you are saying is the real problem we face as a Nigerian. Building on a wet/swamp land will cost you your freedom, and you will pay the fees to return the land to very state in US. Ronaldinho was sentenced to 2 years for building on a protected land in Brazil. Nigeria government only demolished houses without arresting and sending people who build on such land to jail, but if you do that in other countries, you will end up in jail.
It is not the duty of government to do your findings for you, it is your duty to make sure to protect you biggest assets. Government does not tell you what car to buy, while do they tell you where to build a house?
We always assume we can get away with things as a Nigerian and when things does not go our way, we claim the victim. Every land are marked and a simple research will show if such land is wet land and not allow for building so other purposes.
Buying the most expensive thing in our lives should include diligent findings and not buy and ask questions later.
Damn See person with insight.

Getting the legitimate documents from Lagos State, especially for non-yoruba southerners is a game of Russian roulette
It has nothing to do with tribe, The Government is only after their money, so do your legal search, get your paper work in order, & pay for the governor’s Consent, let the grant, take whenever it likes, a deemed grant, is as good as an actual grant.

Sigh... See the beautiful and breathtaking building that was reduced to dust and stones...!

Damn!!!

...And the shocking and pathetic thing is that a lot of owners of such buildings don't have such properties in their states of origin, same way many of them have never thought of establishing businesses in their states of origin.
State of origin, or where you work & reside, which is more important?
